McNulty Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I have been using Bill McNulty and his crew for new plumbing, plumbing repairs, and drain cleaning for more than 20 years. They are just as honest and reasonable now as they were when I first found them. I was surprised to find so few Unilocal reviews, but of course when you are as good as they are, you are always busy anyway. Highly recommended. I don’t even understand how other companies can charge so much more for lower quality work and continue to get away with it, when top companies like McNulty are available.

Very good service and reasonably priced. Gave me an EXACT price to replace a sink over the phone. I wasn’t home when they finished so they offered to send a bill. WHO does that anymore? Highly recommend!

If anyone in the San Diego area ever needs a licensed plumber, McNulty Plumbing is your company! (FYI – I checked and they are fully licensed and have a well-​deserved A+ Better Business Bureau rating.)
Luckily, the work needed was non-​emergency so I was able to shop around. Estimates from other more well-​known companies varied between $ 540 and $ 1200 and were based on/​included $ 85 to $ 160 hourly fees. Being a mechanically inclined woman they were all allowed to dig their own graves by providing estimates that included obviously unnecessary parts and services.
McNulty was the only company to give me a clear concise and honest estimate without an hourly fee – it was based on the job not the time – a rarity these days.
My charming plumber Coleman completed it all with clean, fast and friendly service for $ 270!
I’m definitely not quick to give out compliments, but this one was a no-​brainer!
