Fayez fixed my completely shattered iPhone 5 screen just like new. It was done within a timely manner, with a tremendous amount of detail. The cost to have it replaced was the best I found in all of San Diego without losing any quality whatsoever. I would recommend this to anyone who has broken their phone and wants it professionally fixed.

Had to get my phone fixed quick in a pinch and was in and out in 5 minutes. Replaced the back glass on my iPhone. very good service and kind, friendly and professional. I don’t even have cricket and they still were able to help me out. Also very military friendly. I highly suggest any body with any cosmetic phone issues to use these guys. I only paid a 1⁄10 of what Apple wanted me to pay.

If you ever have a phone issue and can not afford to take it to the dealer this is the place to come. You can also pay your bill here as well. I was here with a friend and they fixed her phone in about two hours. Good Job

I was refferred to Imperial Connections by Verizon Wireless, after I contacted them about my broken Iphones that were no longer under warranty. This place is great. Fez, who I think is the owner, was AMAZING. I brought him 2 completely destroyed Iphones, with no hopes of him being able to fix them, but wanted to take one last shot before shelling out a bazillion dollars for 2 new phones. Not only did he fix them in record time, about 2 hours, he got them BOTH working. He saved me at least $ 600 by fixing those phones and I couldn’t have been happier. Their prices are for sure the lowest you will find anywhere and they also offered us a discount because my husband is military. If your Iphone is broken and no longer under warranty, I 100% recommend you take it to him before you try anything else. He has custom color Iphone screens for super cheap too. Awesome.

I paid my phone bill for the first time here a couple of days ago. They were very helpful, gave me suggestions for other phones I may want in the future, but was not up in my face with it, which I perfectly didn’t mind. I don’t really like Cricket Wireless, but I like that store. Openly used vulgar language, but still did not mind. They were very nice and helpful with me, and I’d recommend this store to other Cricket Wireless stores in San Diego.

I came here to have my iPhone LCD repaired. I had already ordered the part and they installed it for me. They are reasonable and efficient. The owner is usuallt on site and the 2 young men that work there are great workers and always had a smile on their faces. Also, after my phone was repaired, I got a call that I forgot my case and ID at the business and the owner drove the items I forgot to my work. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely be back. THANKS FEZ!

This store is located in the heart of Encanto. Easy to find, the bus or trolley will leave you right in front. Best customer service EVER. Period. Go to any other cricket stores and you’ll know that the employees are ignorant and have no clue of what they are doing. This store will go ABOVE and BEYOND your expectations. Great deals, good atmosphere, and friendly service. what more can you ask for!
oh and they repair, unlock, and flash all kinds of phones.
