Perry L. Meyer has a stupendous collection of authenticated 18th-​20th works on paper. Stupendous, I say. The quality of the few Chagalls, Dalis, Tobiasses, or Chadwicks I have personally laid eyes on was undeniably high. And the richness of the collection is mind-​blowing as well. I highly recommend this gallery if you’re a serious and discerning art collector.
