I have held positions such as; Crew Chief, Smog Tech, Shop Foreman/​Manager, Service Adviser and now, Owner. I am bilingual in Spanish, and speak, some Thai. Besides being a little pricey, this Smog shop was A1 and didn’t mess around. I was out and done in under 20 minutes if not less, and you can’t go wrong with supporting local family business :)

If you are looking to not be screwed, go here. Man these guys are just great. I know this cause I live across the street. Everyone around here goes to this place. Jimmy is one cool dude and his pop is pretty ono. Take some advice from Jesse and go check em bro. You will be on here after I promise saying good stuff. Finally an honest mechanic I may faint! (smile) Treat you like family.

I was shocked at how fast the service was. In the past, other smog places have taken about an hour of my time; here I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The employees are very friendly and easy going as well. Two thumbs up!

Best smog experience of my life. I’ve had some lemons in my lifetime and always dread the biannual smog requirement. Just got a new (to me) car and I needed to get it smogged before I could complete the title transfer.
Of course most places on Sundays are closed so I turned to Unilocal to see what was closest to me and open.
10⁄10 would come again. I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. There wasn’t a ridiculous line of cars ahead of me or some sleazy repairman trying to upsell services.
Honest business, reputable, professional, and most importantly quick!
Will definitely come back again!!!

My boyfriend and I both brought our cars in on a Sunday at 10:30A, without an appointment. There was no wait, and Jimmy got both of our cars smog-​checked within 20 minutes. possibly less. He was friendly and efficient, and happily gave us the Unilocal discount. Can’t get better than that!

We were in a pinch (forgot we needed a smog & reg was due today) and he got us in last minute & done in about 10 minutes.
