Best dentist I have ever had. I have lived all over San Diego and decided to make the drive to her office because finding a good dentist isn’t easy. She does all of her own work, her assistant is very very sweet, she is available for emergencies over the weekend (my root canal and crown were the worst experiences I have ever had, but Dr Milatovic was very supportive). I have also recommended friends to her and they all say great things. Even though I hate the dentist (in general) Dr. Milatovic is the best!

Gordana Milatovic is more than an exceptional dentist; she truly cares about making sure each patient receives quality personalized care. Our family has been with her for nearly 15 years and would never go to any other dentist. I highly recommend her as a dentist for anyone looking to find someone who truly loves her job and takes the time to make sure that everything she does is done to perfection.

I’ve been going here for the past 15 years and Dr. Milatovic is a GREAT dentist. She doesn’t have a hygienist, as she likes to do the cleaning herself, and let me tell you – she is THOROUGH. My teeth feel ridiculously slippery after each cleaning and even after I brush and floss my teeth to «prep» for an appointment, she still finds hidden secret stuff. And she really takes her time – appointments for cleanings last an hour, yes a little long, but oh so thorough.
She placed crowns on some implants that I had done. What really «gives away» fake teeth is the coloring. The color she picked and the amount of translucency she picked is PERFECT. In all lights, I cannot tell that my cuspids are crowns.
Her office is immaculate, and she is extremely responsive – often returning my calls after hours when I learn I have last minute appointment changes.
Love her, and will not ever be straying.

Dr. Milatovic is a great dentist and is very passionate about her patients. Before I was her patient, I fell and badly chipped both front teeth. It happened at the end of the day, I called Dr. Milatovic who was ready to leave the office for the day, she had me come in immediately and made by teeth look like new! I have been going there for the last four years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bonus-​she has a great sense of humor!

I’ve been going to Dr. Milatovic for almost 10 years –and now my entire family sees her as well. I have fairly soft teeth, lots of fillings (old-​school metal kind) and when we first moved back to San Diego I tried a couple other dentists. Both of them had different «fixes» for my teeth – including needing 9 crowns. Well, Dr. Milatovic has been able to save a work with my original teeth. Only replacing one filling and giving me two crowns in the past 10 years. She is conservative within reason when it comes to dental work needed and she will always be honest with her recommendations. I trust her implicitly.

You don’t know what good is until you get it. For the past 5 years I’ve had a tooth that’s been bugging me. Purely cosmetic reasons, so I haven’t made it a priority. One of my front teeth had a chipped off corner and my last dentist did the repair, and since then it’s made me self conscious. The color was a match, but it was quite obvious that it was artificial. Although no one ever really noticed (unless I mentioned it), it still bothered me. I have been going to Dr. Milatovic for the past year and a half, and each time I’m in for a cleaning she mentions the tooth and how she’d like to fix it. So finally I scheduled the fix.
My appointment was this morning. Since leaving her office I can’t stop looking at my tooth. YOU CAN’T TELL IT WAS EVER CHIPPED!!! I hoped it would look better, but I had no idea it would look this good.
She understands that it’s not just about getting the color right, but about getting the natural variations in transparency and opacity that a real tooth has.
Oh, and my regular cleanings are a pleasure to go to. She does all the hands-​on work herself and is as friendly as it gets.

I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Milatovic. She is very nice and kind and made me feel very comfortable. She’s serious about her work, yet has a wonderful sense of humor. She did a filling on my lower front tooth without a shot, and it did not hurt. I must say I left quite happy with the services and the cost was very reasonable. I would reccommend
