Miracle Services – Green Carpet Cleaning

I work really hard for my living, so its a real pleasure to meet someone else who also works hard, does a fantastic job, has reasonable prices, and on top of it all is a real genuine human being and a pleasure to deal with.
Gary and Rose did a wonderful job on my enormous loft/​studio with a very tall stairway, and also a seperate office room for $ 210. He also did two area carpets from IKEA that are 7×5 and 7×7, one of which was pretty darn filthy, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
He also got the stain out from my pomegranite juice spill that was really dark and unsightly, the stains from spilled coffee on the stairs, and did a small repair on the stairs where the carpet was coming off the stairs, all included in the $ 210.
Will definitely have these guys back… Thanks very much Gary and Rose.

Ok fellow Unilocalers, this really is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! Gary has immense pride in his business and it shows through quality of his work! This man goes above and beyond like no other! I have 4 children (2 are toddlers) and my carpet is very light; after 2 years of no cleaning my carpet was outright nasty! Guess what? Gary got every single spot out and even came back to my house the next day when I noticed an missed spot and he cleaned it to perfection. My carpet also feels/​smells and looks like new!!! Yeah, he may be a few dollars more than the ‘big name’ guys but guess what? Every single time I have used a larger company, they try to upsell me and ALL the major spots come back within a few days and my carpet feels/​looks crunchy and not clean. Gary does the job and he does the job RIGHT! I recommend this carpet cleaning service to ALL!!! 10 STARS IF I COULD GIVE THEM!!!

Where is the button for 6 stars??? It truly is a treat to do business with a company that has such a level of pride and responsiveness. We closed escrow on our home and Gary was able be there the day we got our keys so we could have fresh carpets before moving in. He took his time and did just as good of a job as his website and other reviewers rave about. The carpets felt dry to the touch almost immediately and by the time our furniture arrived the next morning they were fresh, beautiful and completely dry. That was four months ago and not one single stain has re-​appeared. I also discovered that he had taken the initiative to clean the carpet in the bonus room in the garage at no extra charge. He said that since he was there with his equipment anyway and the room was empty, why not? It’s those little things that really put a smile on my face :-)

I used Miracle Services last week to clean all of the carpets in our house. I typically clean our carpets at least once per year, usually using chain companies. I had read the wonderful Unilocal reviews of other satisfied customers that had used Miracle Services, and I was not disappointed! Gary and Rose were very professional and went out of their way to understand any particular concerns we had (in our case– pet odors and stains). Our carpet is a very light color and they were meticulous in their efforts and spent a lot of time working on any spots. The carpet in our house has never looked better. It practically looksnew! They clearly care about their work and the satisfaction of their customers. They were very pleasant to work with and I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to my friends.

Gary has been cleaning the carpets for the place where I work for longer than I’ve worked here, and he always does an incredible job. He is such a professional and has given us some great tips for keeping our carpets in good shape between cleanings, including spot treatments and red stain removal. Gary is always booked up, so make sure you call with enough time because he is in high demand. We recommend Miracle Services to everyone!

Miracle (Gary and Rose) cleaned our Berber carpets this past week. We went 3 yrs between cleaning and had some «bad spots» on the «nose» and in two high traffic areas. Compared to two others who’ve cleaned the carpet Gary took the time to explain abt our Berber carpet fibers and why we it had the soiling problems we were seeing. He gave us a realistic percentage of how much it could be improved (for anyone who expects their carpets to ever go back to brand new, get real!). He explained that because of the fiber make up, while he could use «green products» the dirtier areas would do best with conventional. We elected the partial conventional route. We left and went to lunch (trustworthy people) & upon return were pleasantly surprised. We felt he exceeded his best projection. He suggested a certain fiber make up of throw rugs to put over our higher traffic area and we’ve now done that. We’d like to save the carpeting since we’ll be selling and most buyers want their own carpeting anyway. Gary left a follow up msg (he really wants customers to be satisfied) and we appreciate his care, professionalism and good nature. His prices are in line with others but for the quality we feel he’s a «steal». Use Miracle Service with confidence.

This guy was fabulous! Great price, actually made the carpet smell and feel CLEAN! Really clean, not just that day or the day after. It’s been 2 weeks and no spots came back and it’s still clean OMG! A business that had no scams… finally! I saved his number in my phone… I never do that

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service at a very affordable rate! Our carpets were disgusting and they made them look brand new. We have 2 cats and a ten year old and Miracle Services thoroughly cleaned all of the dirt, grime and gunk from our filthy carpets. It’s like we replaced the whole carpeting! And the best part is that it’s chemical free cleaning — we purchase only organic food and products and we were so thrilled to find this company. The owners are really nice, respectful people who do a GREAT JOB! I highly recommend!!!

The reason I selected Miracle Services — Green Carpet Cleaning (back in 2014) was because it came up so strong on Unilocal.
We needed to get the carpets cleaned (puppy factor). Our doxie (i.e., dachshund) is OLD, but we still refer to him as a «puppy» for some reason. And my fiancée and I have experienced a lot of success with Unilocal,so when I observed so many exceptional reviews and testimonials for Miracle Carpet Care, I chose to give Miracle a shot.
Well, we set it up over the phone. Fast-​forward a bit, and Gary with Miracle shows up, sized up the situation, and shared his insights — including raising some considerations we didn’t even contemplate. It was clear that he was a seasoned and experienced professional who knows exactly what he’s doing.
Gary is also a realist who is very candid, so he doesn’t puff sunshine up anyone’s butt. He’ll just tell you like it is, but he’s expert at dealing with the issues associated with carpet care.
Anyway, after getting the lowdowns on the pros and cons, he got to work — and he really did just a phenomenal job on our carpets (far better than any of the predecessors [Zerorez stinks, and they play games]), including the challenges of the puppy factor noted above. Gary with Miracle has been out twice (2014 and just last Thursday), and each time we have been very pleased.
Gary not only performed top quality work on our carpets in a professional manner at an affordable price, he was also kind enough to answer a whole host of questions that he really didn’t have to answer if he didn’t want to. As an example to illustrate, Gary hooked us up with information relating to «transition strips» which are carpet-​to-​tile snap-​in T-​moulding, which accommodates the transition from a tiled surface to a carpeted surface (and protects the tile). I have several other examples, most, but not all, of them relating to pet concerns.
Gary is just a real honest guy who does exceptional work at an affordable price — plus he really goes the extra mile, where others don’t. I guess the expert advice is kind of a bonus.
I wholeheartedly recommend Gary and Miracle to ANYone in the San Diego area who would like their carpets handled professionally at a reasonable price. He was also very very good with our dog, and that was pretty cool too — just a real good guy!

I had Miracle Services clean my 6+ year old, once gold, carpets little more than 3 weeks ago for the first time ever. There were several large un-​moveable pieces for furniture that had to be cleaned around, and a few that could be moved. The web site gave a pretty good pricing estimate, so I was prepared to spend about $ 400. Gary and Rose showed up exactly at the expected time. Gary then got to work with his tape measure and gave me what I considered a really fair price, then discounted it somewhat because I didn’t have a 10 foot hall he advertises for free. As he started to bring in his equipment and was setting up in the living/​dining room he made a comment that this would be what he called «salvage» cleaning. Right away I thought here comes the first of the un-​announced up charges, but that didn’t happen. He and Rose got the equipment in and went to work. I did my best to stay out of their way. The work was excellent, the time was much less than I expected, and the same thing can be said for the price.
Gary is a real genuine pleasure to work with or have working for you. He noted that I am a retired Navy Chief, and he shared that he is also. This made iit even more meaningful to me. He has one shortcoming as a business man, As he spoke it to me, «I don’t have a single ounce of salesman blood in me» when I asked him to contact me when he had some slack time in his schedule so he could come back to clean my two rather large couches.
I will definitely call him back to do them before Christmas. Hey Gary, if you read this BRAVO ZULU CHIEF…

Gary was outstanding and easy to schedule. His knowledge and honesty will keep me coming back as a customer. His prices were very fair and not once did he try to upsell any service. He and Rose had my tile and carpet fresh and clean in short order, thank you very much.

Gary is amazing and you will NOT be disappointed. I’ve been using Gary for all my carpet cleaning for the past 6 years and recommend him to everyone. He is very honest, affordable and reliable. He does get booked up quickly but he is well worth the wait. He has cleaned carpets, furniture and has color dyed my tile grout in two of my houses and it turned out AMAZING both times. He really is a miracle worker.

After reading the reviews for this business, we thought they were too good to be true. But we called them anyway, discussed our situation, got an estimated price and made an appt. Gary called the evening before to confirm. When Gary and Rose arrived, they were very friendly and professional and we confirmed the price one more time. After the initial equipment set-​up, Gary noticed my shadow box with all of my Navy decorations, ribbons and list of duty stations. He jokingly stated that he would have to charge me extra, as I was a retired Naval Officer. Turns out he is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer. We thanked each other for our service and they got to work. They were awesome and did a great job in all our rooms and on the area rugs as well. Everything looks great. Referred them to my family that very same day. The best carpet cleaning my wife and I have ever had in nearly 40 years. Love the attention to detail, product knowledge, genuine friendliness and total professionalism.

Although he did not clean my carpets, he was completely honest and referred me to someone who uses the same tools and is in my service area. He explained a lot about carpet cleaning and how best to solve my problem (pet urine). Very professional and kind of him to take all that time!

I am very pleased with Miracle services. I am very careful about cleaning products because I have birds. Gary answered my questions on the phone, and did an amazing job on the carpet. It was dry when he left.
