As the other reviewers have stated, James is the real deal. He’s been in the business for over 20 years and his electrical expertise is matched only by his electric level of drive! He’s a fast paced guy who’s understanding, engaging, and super pet friendly (my cat even liked him)! His main focus seems to be residential customers but I understand that he does larger jobs as well. For me, I had him install a 240v circuit for my new air conditioning split unit. He did that and more when he noticed a slight problem with my electrical panel. His motto is perfection and he pulls it off. That being said, he’s basically a one man operation so don’t try to call him at the last moment! He is very responsive to his phone and communicates clearly at all times. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. So hard to find tradesmen like him these days.

James is an electrical visionary. I hired him to replace a ceiling fan motor and conceal some television cables and ended having my condominium evolve into an updated, energy efficient and color of light conscious abode. As with everything in life, you get what you pay for and he is isn’t cheap, nor would I hire a contractor who was, but he is a true professional who wants his clients to have the best lighting experience. He is coming back for more work next month, oh and call him soon because he is booked.

James and sidekick were early to start, went back to shop for matching parts and all for a happy price. I thank them both.

James is legit! After speaking with a few potential contractors on the phone, he was the one who completely understood and envisioned what I was talking about. I wanted some LED ceiling lights installed in my living room, and while he was up in the attic, I asked if he could run some Ethernet and antenna cable wire. Yes, yes, and yes! He came in with his team, did all the work in a day, and they left the house clean and in working order, just the way I wanted it. No… better. He was able to explain alternatives to what I was thinking. But since he «got» what I wanted to do, his ideas were even better! I totally plan on having him do my numerous other electrical projects.
The only thing is that he is so good, he is in high demand. It was definitely worth the 2-​week wait for his availability. He wasn’t the cheapest bid, but he did things RIGHT (he’s a perfectionist), and that’s what I want, after all.

James did a fantastic job of running electricity to my shed. He answered my questions in great detail and also gave me some great tips on how to better protect my computer equipment from possible electrical damage.

Great job! Service was timely, friendly, and thorough. Very knowledgeable folks. They not only fixed my original problem that other electricians hadn’t been able to fix, but they also discovered some potentially dangerous outlets in the house that they were able to rewire to make safer.

James is the best! Did a great job installing a baseboard heater that required a dedicated circuit. He is reliable and his price was reasonable. I highly recommend him!

James is a real pro. He arrived on time, had my GFI outlets problem diagnosed, and solved in less than 1 hour. He then knocked out a 5 outlet replacement solving a second issue by having the know how and parts on his truck. He left the job clean after a nice vacuum. James is fair in price and knows what he is talking about. He comes with my highest recommendation.

Called James to come out to fix a ceiling fan, install another in a different room, install photocell for porch light, and install garage coach lights. James not only meet our expectations but exceeded. He took his time on his tasks without taking out shortcuts like our previous contractor. Trust worthy and honest. He didn’t try to up sell us by saying we need this to do this. He fixed last minute issues for us. Definitely, having him come back soon.

Did a great job installing a ceiling fan on 18 ft ceilings. Cleaned thoroughly afterward. I reccomend them highly.

James saved the day when Ceva Services who are the ‘preferred’ installation provider for Home Depot couldn’t do their job. After 3 visits from Ceva and multiple phone conversations about why they couldn’t compete their assigned tasks — and were belligerent and walked away from the job taking necessary parts for the installations from our purchased appliances — James came and had the necessary work done in 2.5 hours. James will always give you his best opinion and help. He’s down to earth, and knows his job better than most contractors. He’s also reasonably priced!

We very much enjoyed working with James to have a new plug installed in order to hang out TV. He was able to come out asap as we were on a bit of a time crunch. He even went above and beyond a few weeks later when we realized we needed to have a recessed plug installed, instead of the regular one he had done earlier. He was able to squeeze us in between some other jobs to make the quick switch to a recessed plug, so we would not have to wait another 3 weeks until the geek squad could come. We would recommend him and plan to call him soon to have him check out a few other electrical issues we have been having in out new condo. Thanks for the help James!

I had him come by and install a couple of coaxial cable outlets into walls. He did the job professionally and quickly, and even connected some wires within the walls that were previously not connected. The job he did vs the job that was done before we bought the house was night and day: his was way more professional looking and clean. Likely will be calling again soon.

I don’t know this guy, never heard of him, went to Unilocal cause I needed some electrical stuff around the house fixed, saw his reviews, right from the beginning it was easy, fast, awesome. You know how when you talk to some people and you can tell right away that they «get it», or they don’t? Well James get’s it. Super easy to talk to. Just explain what you want done and off he goes. If he finds other stuff along the way, like he did on my house built in 1927, he can clearly (in laymans terms) explain what it is and what’s involved in fixing it. There were even a few minor things that he just knocked out, taking a few minutes, barely even a charge. Killer, Awesome, Fantastic. I liked him so much that I’ve already scheduled another appointment for hm to do some more things around the house I’ve been wanting to get done, dimmer swithes, outlets not working, etc…
Any electrical needs, Moriset is who you want. Fast, friendly, reliable and most importantly knowledgeable.

On Sunday a delivery truck ripped the TW Cable off of my house and ruined the service mast (those poles that stick out of the roof). Called Moriset on Monday and they were able to get the job done less than 24 hours later. Fast, efficient, friendly, on-​time and overall great customer service.
The only problem I have now is that Time Warner is still my cable provider.

So James is the man. He ran wire for me for a ceiling fan, came back to install it and we discovered I drilled through the wire and shorted it out. So help opened the wall up for me and fixed the problem, even though it was my fault. He’s a perfectionist which is a blessing in this day in age. His pricing is straight forward with no hidden extras, Highly recommend his services.
So in an update, to further reiterated how awesome James is, I was replacing my outlet plugs, and being the jackass I am crossed wires and changed the configuration of the wiring he had set up. So none of the switches were working properly. I called him and luckily he was able to stop by about 20mins later. Thinking I was in for a least a $ 100 bill, he fixed the problem for no charge. Pretty awesome dude!

I highly recommend James to anyone needing work done at their home or apartment. Luckily, when we needed an electrician, I found his service through reviews here on Unilocal.
From my first call for an appointment, James was helpful and direct. When he came to our home, he fairly quickly fixed a problem on one of our kitchen circuits that had been overlooked by previous workers and was a potential safety hazard. His work was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely call him again for future upgrades or repairs.

James does a great job. He’s always right on time and very professional. I had him install can lighting, a new doorbell and some other misc work and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the price. He’s also a really friendly guy and pleasant to communicate with. If I have any electrical work that needs to be done in the future, I will certainly call him.

In a drought, a sprinkle system can be efficient if it is functioning correctly, my wasn’t functioning at all and I was in danger of losing all my landscaping. After I found that the electrical component was the issue, I contacted the local electrician to come to my aid. After a brief phone conversation, I texted a picture of the electrical component so we didn’t lose time. He was familiar with this unit and had one in stock. Arrived at the house, pulled the offending component, replaced, and I was back in business. Did not lose a single plant!
