They had a lot of stuff! Also, no one followed me around the store (something I despise).
The only drawback was that nothing was labeled so I had to keep going back to the counter to ask how much things were. The prices went up when I went to check out. *side eye*

I really like this place. I get 75% (I live in Mira Mesa and 25% of the time I go to phat’s beauty supply) of my supplies here and they even have a guy that will sharpen your cuticle nippers! They’re also opened all the time, I’ve come down here to get supplies before work and sure enough their doors are already open minutes before 8. I wish they open another location in Mira Mesa already.

I went here the other day and sad fully I walked out with nothing. The place was incredibly dirty… So much dust, expired looking nail polishes and who know how long some of those have been sitting there? It looks like a small shop that’s run by Asian mom n pops that hardly speak English and they give you discounted prices on polishes that nail salons don’t really want.
The Essie ones are by far a lot nice and clean looking that the OPIs and some other ones. It has a lot more too.
The back of the store is stocked with bottles of nail polish remover, adhesives, fake nails and other chemicals.
I think it’s a good place to get things for cheap, but it’s just frustrating trying to want nail polishes that look so aged and nasty you know? Maybe I just wasn’t feeling it today, but despite the good prices like everyone has been saying – best thing is to just get in, take your stuff quickly and leave.

When I feel like adding to my polish collection I come here. They sell Essie for 4.50 and OPI for 5.00 (I think) The Essie nail polish is in better condition than some of the OPI bottles which look a little settled. They also carry some newer OPI collections which you could find on the counter top.

I’m going to this store at list once a week, these guys have everything what I want and need for my Nails Business!!!

This is my first time coming to nail supply store, so I don’t know what to expect. From my personal opinion, this store is very crowded and not clean. However, the price is the main reason I came here. I got OPI and ESSIE for around 4 – 5 dollars which is much cheaper than drug stores.
I am not sure I will go again or not. The environment is not pleasing at all, but the price is cheaper than everywhere else. This is a dilemma. It’s either cleanness of the store or price. You will have to make your own decision.

Came in here looking for a good deal on nail polish and other nail products. The prices for OPI and China Glaze are pleasantly surprising. Unfortunately they don’t have a lot of the newer colors. Also the place is so tiny and crowded, you can barely walk through the isles. After about 5 minutes I started feeling claustrophobic. They don’t have a great variety of nail air (decals, etc.) either. I’m giving it 3 stars because the prices are great but that is pretty much it.

Always has good prices and everything I need when I’m trying to find the best deals on certain nail supplies.

Love getting my nail polish here! OPI is only 5 $ dollars! Not a big Essie selection though. Prices for other nail supplies and tools are great! I’ve even bought wax here for ½ the price of what other beauty stores sell it for. And to get a better deal, I would suggest to bring cash!

I wish they carried more nail brands like Essie and Nicole. Also some of their nail polish looked a bit old. For the price, it’s a worth a try due to the sheer amount of colors they offer.

Because Angel Beauty Products is no longer there I’ve had to find somewhere else to shop for nail supplies. I found this place on Unilocal and it is pretty close to where I live. Easy to find, plenty of parking, great prices and that’s where the good news ends. They have a TON and I mean TON of nail supplies stacked floor to ceiling. Shelves crammed so full things are teetering on the edges. I wouldn’t bring a child with me or even a large purse, there’s really to room to move about. Highly unorganized, items poorly marked if at all. I layer of dust coats the whole place and some stuff looks like for 10 years. They need a bigger store or to have a half off sale to reduce the crazy amount of inventory they have. The service was pretty good which pleased me since I couldn’t find anything I came for after 20 minutes of looking. I just stood at the register and told him what I was looking for and he brought it all to the counter for me. The prices were great but I don’t know if it’s enough to keep me coming back.

I love this place! There is a million different colors here. When I come here, I usually leave with a couple of new colors for my collection. Plus they’re super cheap! You can get OPI and China Glaze polish for $ 4.50 to $ 5! You don’t even need a cosmetology license!
They also have all the essentials for a nail salon. Filers, nail clippers, lotions, buffers, acetone, scrubs, masques, etc.
The only reason I gave this place only 4 stars and not 5, is because it is a little cramped and unorganized.

O SHIZ. NAIL POLISH HEAVEN! So many great quality brands for dirt cheap prices! A lot of the bottles are very dusty but who cares when you’re getting an amazing deal! I bought Santee, China Glaze, and Orly all for under $ 9.70!!!

This place has everything I’m looking for and more. Nail polish galore, lots of embellishments, large selections of everything. My only problem with this store is there are no prices on anything. You have to ask what the price is. This leads me to believe they charge different prices for different people.

This is the best place to find high quality nail colors for very inexpensive prices. The products are authentic! I love the gelish nail color line, and boulevard nail supplies sells the gelish line for $ 11 for the LARGE bottle. Sally’s sells the same product, but a smaller bottle for $ 15.95.
If you love painting your nails, this is the best destination for nail products.
You do not need a professional license.

I was in the area for lunch and decided to check this place out. I had high expectations for this store because the location is much more convenient for me.
Pros :
* Parking is more ample and easier than other nail supply stores
* Layout is more open than other nail supply stores
* Easier to walk around
* Shelves are cleaner and more organized — Items are easier to find
* Large selection of OPI (including limited edition collections)
* They carry all of the shatter and crackle options
* They also carry other supplies such as buffers, dotting tools, lotions, oils etc.
Cons :
* Selection of China Glaze is more limited (compared to other stores)
* Prices are cheap, but not as cheap as VyVy or Viet Nail
* Customer service isn’t as on point. I walked in and was not greeted. I was in the store for at least 5 minutes before I had to ask for help
* Unlike the other stores, Nail Boulevard charges sales tax when you pay cash
My haul cost $ 21.01 for four China Glaze polishes (including three Crackle), one Dotting tool set, a set of Designer Nail wheels (for practicing color combos) and tax (booooo). Not bad!

This place seems a little tiny, but it is definitely organized. I came here with a few girlfriends of mine and we wanted to get new OPI and China Glaze polish. It’s so cheap! $ 3 – 4!
They carry OPI collections such as the Serena Glam Slam, Miss Universe, the Texas one and the Pirates of the Caribbean. They keep the collections at the front of the store. If you don’t see something that you want such as a specific color, ask the employee because they probably have it in stock.
I will definitely revisit this store again!

So I wanted to check out this other nail place called Nails Boulevard. I read the reviews and decided to take a cruise to Linda Vista. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that this place wasn’t as crowded as the other nail places that I normally shop at.
It’s very clean inside and doesn’t make you feel claustrophobic. Out of the other two that I have gone to for nail supplies, this one is the cleanest and the most organized.
They have a big selection and the prices were great. I’m very happy that they had the OPI Serena Glam Slam sets that I have been looking for. I’m only knocking off a star because they charged me sales tax.
Was the service good? Yeah.
Will I return? Not worth my expensive gas.

The name is something different like Professional Nail Supply or whatever. OPI nail polish only four dollah! The employees were patient as I was deciding what to get to break the $ 10 limit to use a credit card.
