great service and very quick, brought in a broken iPhone 6 fixed for a very reasonable price and also found out they fixed computers, I brought my computer that was infested with virus and fix everything and educated me how to use the antivirus program.

They fixed my screen great and convinced me to buy the temper glass and shock resistant phone case. A week later my screen still cracked and they do not offer a warranty or anything and did not fix my screen again for me. I don’t recommend.

I called for a quote and was told that the repair I needed was normally $ 169.99 but right now it was a special promotion of $ 149.99.
Upon arriving half an hour later the same tech told me the same repair was normally $ 189.99 but right now it was a special promotion of $ 169.99. When I pointed out the discrepency he looked a little uncomfortable but said he could take care of it for the lower price.
He checked through some drawers and then said they didn’t have the part in stock and it’d take 3 – 5 days to get it in. He asked me pay in full or leave my phone as a deposit. It wasn’t a special order part, just something that they happened to run out of.
I ended up contacting my manufacturer and they send a replacement phone overnight for $ 100.

I could not be happier with my experience with nerd solutions. My Mac book started malfunctioning the week of my finals for college… I was freaked out and stressed to the max! I took it into these guys one day between classes and was very impressed. Their shop was very clean, organized, and they even put up a Christmas tree with decorations all over which was kinda cool. The guy behind the counter was a younger guy probably in his 20s with dark hair, I didnt get his name… He greeted me right away and I could see other laptops and electronics in the back that he had been busy working on but I explained to him the urgency of my dilemma (I had a final due that was saved on my computer!) so he offered to take a quick look right away… He must be very knowledgeable about Mac books because five minutes later he brought it back and it was working fine! Honest place with good pricing… Will definitely come back!

From where I live, the drive down to Nerd Solutions was a ten minute drive because there was no traffic. Reason I went there was I needed my primary cell phone to be fixed was due to a broken screen. Cost was around 170 dollars but I paid the deposit for 100 dollars for the special order purchase.
Glad I got my phone fixed was due to the honest commitment by them.

I changed my Iphone 5s battery here. It was very quick and done very professionally. They also cleaned my usb port for free.

These guys are terrible. I do not recommend at all. Paid for a laptop repair and it looked done. But upon further inspection all they did was superglue a hinge back on instead of replacing the part so of course it broke immediately

This repair shop is a one stop for all your electronic repairs. They are Quick, Knowledgeable & Reasonable.
Had many trips to this store for laptops, cell phones, tablets repair and never got disappointed.
Once I took 3 of my companies test phones for some unusual repair and they worked on it for an hour and were unable to fix it, and didn’t charged me for there time and felt bad that they were unable to fix it but these were not ordinary phones, these were test phones which are way different than usual phones and hard to understand and our company just wanted to try to see if it can be fixed. I am pretty sure others would have charged for even trying it.
Anyway these guys are reliable and you won’t be disappointed after getting service from them.

My beloved Samsung tablet took a dirt nap — and it was pretty clear that either the charging port was broken (again!) or the battery was dead, dead, dead. I *tried* to send it back to Samsung, but a) They want a huge down payment ‘in case the screen was broken’ (which makes me twitchy) and b) no one from Samsung EVER got back to me to set up the repair — multiple hours on hold, and NO return calls. After six attempts, I started looking for someone local. Enter Unilocal!and the good reviews of these guys.
The guys at Nerd Solutions were great — Gabriel checked me in, got my contact info — and verified my email address by sending me a check-​in message right then, so that I could verify using my smartphone. The price quoted was VERY reasonable, as was the expected turn-​around time.
Gabriel ran diagnostics, and emailed me within a day or two, confirming both our suspicions, and I was again notified by email that the tablet was ready to be picked up.
I am more than pleased by the level of service and communications, and will be using them again.
They work on Apple products as well as cellphones.

Great place for repairs on your iphone! Had my phone dropped in the ocean and there tech Gabriel fixed it no problem.

Worst products and worst service!
I changed my screen because I had dropped it and it cracked.
The screen that they replaced within 2 days had a black spot on it. I called in and they refused to change it. Within a month the adhesive they had used I guess stopped working and the screen completely separated!
I hadn’t even dropped my phone!
I went in to ask them to change it– and they refused! I’ll never return.
With their fake cheap products– I wouldn’t recommend it either.

I have given my 2^nd computer for repair this week.
4 stars coz, the earlier guy out there: Cesar was very clear in explaining the process. And he had made a quote for my second computer with the fixing to be done.
That quote was not honored yesterday. When I bought it in for the scheduled repairs.

Broke the screen in a drunken accidental drop. Got up this am, found these guys, and went by. 20 minutes in and out. Super easy! They were even having a special, so I got $ off the fix. The phone looks brand new.
They even have a big tv to watch with comfy chairs to sit in. You can wait for your phone to be fixed in comfort!
Moral of the story: if you get drunk and drop your phone, shattering the screen, go see these guys!

I went to the Apple Store hoping to get some help with my Macbook that I purchased 3 years ago. After a couple of minutes my laptop would just completely turn off and I never heard the fan start to kick in so I figured the fan was the issu. Unfortunately my laptop was out of warranty by Apple’s standards so I was out of luck until I went on Unilocal.Did a search to see if there was a repair shop nearby and based on the reviews, I gave this place a shot. I called them up, explained my problem and they were willing to help me out immediately.
The price was fair (Half of what Apple wanted to charge me) and I probably would have paid a lot more elsewhere. The Nerd representative was very friendly and knew exactly what to do. He replaced the video processor on the logic board and even gave me recommendations on what should be done for long term use.
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and I will definitely be going back to these guys whenever I have anymore issues. I highly recommend them if you have a Mac and they do guarantee satisfaction so if you have any problems with what they fixed within 90 days.

I had a cracked iPhone screen replaced by Nerd Solutions. But it cracked again, and this time the shards were sharp. It didn’t pebble like the usual Apple products, or like safety glass, they were SHARP! By cracking again so easily and by the way it cracked, I know that this is an inferior product.
I didn’t want to have to go through this again, so I went to the Apple store to get a real glass replacement. But they knew that it wasn’t Apple glass that they were replacing, so they denied to do it.
So I went back to Nerd Solutions for another glass swap. After about a week, the glass started to unseat from the phone. So I went back for another replacement.
I think its best just to spend the extra $ 10 and get a quality glass replacement direct from Apple and avoid all of this hassle.

Bait and switch marketing? Or just poor follow-​through? I attempted to schedule an appointment to repair my iPhone five. In reviewing the price I was quoted $ 69. When I asked them if they would honor their Facebook advertisement where the iPhone 5 screen repair special of $ 55 was extended through January. He returned saying that special had expired, despite it still being January 31, 2015. The best he could do was $ 60. To me this is an easy fix. Instead, I wonder whether they know that this kind of response represents to potential clients –This bait and switch marketing «false marketing,» either speaks of their intentions to begin with or speaks to there integrity and interest in standing by there own work and service.
It’s okay to make mistakes and business it’s how you come back from them that ensure your success or failure.

First, I hope I never have to come get my phone fixed again… but if I did, i will definitely be coming back here! My screen was crushed into a hundred little pieces and Cesar was able to fix it and now it is back to «like new» and I don’t have a fear of cutting my finger wide open! It only took 2 hours to get my Galaxy S3 screen fixed and it was cheaper than other places.

My phone had pressure cracks and dead pixels, and I wasn’t expecting my fix to be under $ 200, but after coming in, I was greeted and gracefully helped. The fix was under $ 80 and took a little less than an hour. When I got there, there was still a little bit of an issue with the way my touch screen worked, and the issue was fixed immediately. Not only were the workers helpful, but they were very charismatic and didn’t leave me feeling uncomfortable. It is a clean and home-​like environment with comfortable couches and a tv, tuned to whatever we (the customers) desire.
I have already recommended Need Solutions to multiple friends! Keep up the work!

They specialize in fixing your broken electronics. So if you’re looking for a place to fix your desktop computer, laptop, game console, cell phones, etc. definitely check this place out. From what I understood they’ll fix viruses and actual body damage to devices.
I dropped off my iphone for front and rear glass replacement and had my phone done in an hour. I did call ahead of time just to make sure they had the screens I needed in stock.
Located in a busy strip mall on Miramar Road the store is small, but pretty easy to find.
Staff was great and very personable. They seemed to really care and was excited to so business with you. It was very refreshing!
