As part of all our sales, a USPAP certified appraiser conducts an informal assessment of your home’s inventory to establish accurate pricing. Thereafter, all details such as inventory, packing, moving, photographing, cataloging, arranging, tagging and cleaning, advertising and promotion, and the final settlement are handled by our experienced staff.

History
Established in 2006.
On The Mark began in Colorado working with the historic houses of Denver and Colorado Springs. The company recently relocated to sunny California in early 2011.

Maureen Ryan-Blake is the owner of On The Mark Estate Sales & Antiques. She possesses two advanced degrees in history and naturally loves American antiques and collectibles.
