One Hour Martinizing Dry Cleaning

For the record, this place is called Roy’s Cleaners. Not sure if I should start a new business review, or just continue on this one. Anyway…
Stopped by here for the first time since I have lived in the neighborhood for the past 2.5 years or so. Amazing service, and amazing price! I got my sport coats cleaned very fast (3-​days, I wan’t in any hurry, but I do think they have faster service if needed and for an additional cost) and they were cleaned and pressed very well and for an amazing price!
Customer service was top notch as well! I deal with Roy (I assume) both for drop off and pick up and he was very friendly, nice and professional. I now have a great cleaner just a few blocks from my house and after seeing the amazing work and price I will no longer put off getting my coats cleaned for so long due to cost. This place is truly amazing! If you are in the area give them a chance. I do not think you will be disappointed at all.

been going to Mr Hui for a good 6 years or so he is wonderful and does a fantastic job, good work and is quick about 2 – 4 days one time took 1 pair in took the Mr Hui and he said come back in an hour and a half they will be done. no 1 week like so many places say. used to be a martinizing cleaners but got bought by a new owner few months ago is called roy’s cleaners now take my pants to be hemmed buy mr Hui he knows us well when we come in does an amazing job hems last for a super long time after many washes.

2 pants and 2 shorts.
Pant #1 — 2 belt loops
Pant #2 — 1 belt loop and small hole (smaller than a dime) on pocket
Short #1 — 2″ tear on seam on left pocket
Short #2 — 4″ tear on inseam
$ 36!!! I will not be back.
I asked when I dropped them off. «How much?» «Oh…not much.»
I questioned the cost. The lady at the register asks a guy walking buy who reads the receipt to me.
I paid. I told them I will never return to their store.

The first strike: they altered a dress for me… ruined it… instead of just hemming… for some reason there were holes in it… I had no time to complain because the next day I was leaving the country…
Second strike: they dry cleaned a yellow jacket… yet there were still stains…
Third strike: a person in the movie theater spilled diet coke on my white coat… I took it to this place… and $ 20 later… there were still stains.
Never again…
Very disappointed. :(I wanted to support this local business.

Mr. Hui is wonderful. We have been going here for over a year and have not had a single problem. Mr. Hui is incredibly friendly and it’s nice to have such a personable dry cleaner in the community. Awesome customer service.

I agree with the other reviews. The owner is great. Prices are reasonable too, much cheaper for me to get my clothes cleaned here despite the drive from Downtown. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dry cleaners that send their clothes out and things getting lost and in paying exorbiant fees.
Also, money was left in a pair of pants and dropped off here. Upon pickup the money was in an envelope and given back. Now, that’s a good trusthworthy business.

Totally reliable — on those rare occasions that something goes wrong they make it right.
Plus Mr. Hui (pronounced HE) is very cool.
I’ve been going there for several years — and intend to for a while longer.

It’s a dry cleaner.
They make my work clothes clean.
But most of all, the guy that runs the place is super awesome! Even when I roll in right at (or a little after) closing he’s always been cool and made sure to help me out. One time I did that and I was short on cash, so he even re-​opened the credit card line for me. (Businesses have to close it out at the end of the day.) It wasn’t a huge problem — but the fact that he was willing to do that no questions asked is great.
