History
Established in 2010.
Our partner company, Pacific Coast Mediation, uses a co-mediation model and we saw the value of having several different perspectives working towards a solution. All advocates at PCA strive towards building the bridge between schools and parents in order to stay child-centered. An IEP team is made up of several different professionals as a way to get as many different perspectives on how to best meet the child’s needs, we at PCA developed our advocacy model with the same principal. We bring several (2) advocates to every client as a way to have as many different perspectives at the table. The advocates each are well-educated in one or more of the following areas: education, law, mediation, assessments, and social work. This expertise is brought to bear on all of the cases. Please see how PCA’s child-centered approach can make a difference in helping you craft your child’s educational program.
