Patterson Engineering offers knowledgeable structural design keeping cost and construction to a minimum while designing safe structures. Our specialties include custom homes (new and remodels), low-​rise commercial buildings (new and tenant improvements), and retaining walls (concrete, CMU, and Keystone). Patterson Engineering, Inc. has experience in conventional construction materials (timber, steel, concrete, masonry) as well as alternative building materials; including Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s), Tridi Panels and Lite-​Deck.

Patterson Engineering, Inc. is proud to offer sustainable designs to our clients. In order to contribute to green designs, Curtis Patterson became a LEED, Accredited Professional. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is implemented into several projects at Patterson Engineering, Inc.
