If you like a totally unorganized shoe store… and you like to be accosted by every Greyhound bus rider in downtown San Diego, you’ll probably really dig this Payless shoe store.
Unfortunately, though I’m about as tolerant of a person as you’ll find anywhere, I’m not a huge fan of either.
With plenty of locations throughout San Diego, I’d take a small step for man, and a giant leap for mankind, by telling you to avoid this particular location if possible.
