Perfection Auto Body

This place is fantastic. They worked quickly with my insurance company to get my estimate approved, then worked quickly and efficiently to get my car fixed. My looks brand new now, and was done in a week despite thousands of dollars of damage from a rear-​end collision.
Their customer service is top notch, they really care about their customers. I was given updates on the status of the repairs every day or two. I’ll be referring everyone I can to use this shop from now on.

I took my car to Perfection based off the reviews on this site. I figured people who reviewed actually paid attention to their car, right? They didn’t just pick it up and call it a day.

I had the unfortunate luck to have to take my car in to a shop twice in the span of a couple of months. The first time, my car was rear ended by a drunk driver. The driver’s insurance wasn’t the best and didn’t have many contracts with many places, but Perfection was the closest place to me so I took my car there.
Dianne was helpful in getting it in quickly and getting the work done fast. Unfortunately, the hours here are horrible, so the only time I could pick my car up was during my lunch break. I picked it up, took a quick look at it while there then went back to work. When I had more time to look, I found that it was a crap job. The hatch had been replaced entirely, BUT it was misaligned. Inside of my car I found left over pieces and tools, discarded like my car was some kind of trash can.
When I called Dianne, she told me to take my car in, which I did again. She told me they were waiting for a missing piece and that would solve it. Um. Excuse me. She chose to tell me about MISSING pieces AFTER I had picked my car up. Was she not going to tell me if I hadn’t gone back? She then told me that if the missing pieces didn’t work then «maybe thats just the way the door fit»
Three weeks went by and I didn’t hear back about the pieces. So, I called. She told me to go to Ford so that they could see what the pieces were. Really? Isn’t that their job. I had missed enough work because of them, but took my car anyway. All that was missing was some screws.
Another two weeks went by and the same day that they called me to tell me that the pieces had arrived, I got into a car acciident– this time on the front end.
I chose to take my car back to Dianne because Ford would charge me $ 60 per day I couldn’t pick up my car. At this time I was in the final stages of packing to move to London for a year, so I wouldn’t be the one to pick up the car. Dianne told me she would work with my mom to pick up the car from Orange County and that they would fix the rear latch with the front.
I left to London and my mom picked the car up around two weeks later. She called me when she did and told me that the rear hatch was still misaligned. TWO TIMES and the hatch still wasn’t fixed. She took the car to Ford and the inspector found more things wrong.
1. Parts used for the front were not ford
2. Other parts that were used to fix my car were previously used (pre-​owned?)
They called Dianne and she denied this. She said she wouldn’t pay to fix everything. It was one thing or the other. The front or the back. I had told Dianne before I left that my mom would be in charge of the car while I was gone, so of course, she goes and emails me asking me to go in because she was sure I’d spoke with my mother about the issues.
I found this EXTREMELY rude. She knew I would be gone for a year and that my mother was in charge.
To shorten this, my mother has had to get the Bureau of Automotive Repair involved, because Dianne refuses to fix her «work». The inspector went to my mom and inspected the car and found
1. The parts were not Ford
2. Some were used
3. The rear hatch is apparently not even Ford
4. Food stains and rings in the back seat indicating someone ate in my car… this is a BRAND NEW 2014 Escape, so not me.
Hopefully this Bureau will help because I am extremely disappointed in this shop. Kind exterior but the work doesn’t match up. Would not trust my car to them again. Wish I hadn’t in the first place.

This body shop really knows what they are doing. It is not just the amazing job they did on our minivan… but the way they address the HUMAN aspects of the transaction. This company went above and beyond any expectations we had. This turned an unfortunate (car) accident into a pleasurable interaction. We have a new forever place to send our crashed vehicles as my children move through their teenage driving years. Diane also helped us navigate a difficult and frustrating INSURANCE maze. This is an establishment that is at the VERY TOP of their game. If you have damaged your vehicle… make this your first stop… it will probably be your last! Thanks again PERFECTION.

My mechanics at Boulevard Automotive recommended Perfection after my 1998 Mercedes Benz SLK 230 was hit in the right front corner by a youth overdriving his Beemer.
Diane is a delight to work with. She had my best interests at heart with attention to detail, finding hidden damage, handling the insurance company, and returning my car in fantastic condition.

Perfection Auto Body is about as perfect as it gets! I went in once to get a quote on fixing the frame of my door because my stupid a** drove through my garage with my bike on my bike rack and it ripped the whole rack off and bent my door frame on the process. They took my car and said be right back, ten minutes later they said ok it’s done, free of charge! I was amazed and could not be more thankful. So a few months later I got in an accident and knew right away that this was the shop I would take my car to get fixed. Sure enough, I left 100% satisfied and my car looked absolutely perfect!

was involved in a minor fender bender and where my car obtained the most damage, shopped around for the best deal and stopped by Perfection, not only did they give me the best deal but the work was amazing! they did it fast and right the first time. Diane and Kris were great!!!

Over the years my cars have needed repairs. I discovered Perfection and have, unfortunately, had to visit them several times — not all incidents were my fault. The work was excellent, the prices were competitive, and the service was very good. I don’t bother getting estimates any more. I highly recommend them.

It’s rare that I’m thrilled with a auto shop; but, Perfection Auto handled my truck really well. Diane, the manager, was really cool and helpful while walking me through the repair process. They quoted me three business days for the service and they kept to it. I liked that she didn’t use BIG words to keep me from asking questions about the repairs. I would have given five stars if they were open on Saturday (two extra days of driving rental cars). Also, in addition to the estimate which my insurance company gave them, they went above and beyond to take care of a few small details which had been ailing my truck for a while. I never really look forward to taking my tuck into an auto shop; but, if it happens I will definitely take it back to Perfection.

Dealing with your car when you have been in an accident is a hassle to say the least. The trauma you can go through with your insurance company, their insurance company, rental car, doctors, lawyers can be overwelming. But when Diane and Kris are handling your claim really turns an unpleasant ordeal into a much more pleasant process. Not only did they put my «Tink» back together in no time, they even added some extras. My car was prettier and shiner than she had been for a long time. They took care of everything so when it was time to pick her up I just signed the release and they gave me my keys. It was like driving a new car! These people are great and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them!!!
