History

Established in 2012.

Three years ago my family was having their annual review with their Farmers Insurance Agent. At that same time I had recently graduated from California State Univerity, Sacramento with a degree in Business and Hospitality. Now, I am proud to say that, I own my Farmers Insurance agency in San Diego and can protect any of my clients assests all over the state of California.

After growing up in northern California and living in a few different coastal communities I finally landed in San Diego. I enjoy the climate along with all of the activities the city has to offer (hiking, surfing, night life, etc.) My education and work experience have taught me to be a compassionate business owner. Knowing that what I do makes a difference in other people’s lives is more than gratifying and continues to drive me to help and reach out to as many people as I can. I love my job and find it to be more of a hobby than it is work!

I moved here few months back from TO, Canada so I was really afraid to get stuck with a bad agent, however, Peter has been taking care of me since day one.

There aren’t enough nice things I can say about Peter. He is professional, and passionate about what he does. He cares about his clients and ensures that they are taken care of! He is honest, and wants what’s best for his clients. As cheesy as it may sound I for the first time after driving for awhile, feel comfortable and knowledgable about what to do, and who to call in case of a emergency. Peter is my agent for my salon as well, and once again feel comfortable and safe with my policy and I’m aware of all of the coverage I have. Not often that your roommate is also your agent for your car insurance! After barely grazing a bumper of a car in front of me at a red light, Peter instructed me to take pictures and document everything after the other driver demanded to get the «damage» appraised. After some phone calls the next morning from the other motorist, Peter instructed me to leave the other motorist a message with Peters number stating that «My agent will handle any communication from this point on». While I’m obviously biased towards Peter because he is a great friend, that doesn’t mean that it translates into being a good businessman, however in Pete’s case, he certainly is worth every penny. If you have any doubts, just ask him what his thoughts on life insurance are… or why his services are much more personable than what I (and many others have probably had), through e-​surance, where you literally just pay for a piece of paper so DMV will let you drive.
With Boggs, you get a dedicated energetic person ready to fight the world for you if he needs to.

Okay, there are two important things to be addressed here…
The first thing, Peter is just the coolest guy and is super personable! He is prompt at getting back to me with any question I may have as well as making suggestions to my wife and I to better our insurance package.
Second thing, he knows what he is talking about! Being a part of Farmers Insurance seems to be his niche. Even though we are not from San Diego, we got a recommendation that Peter is the right guy for the job!

Peter is the guy to go to when looking for any type of insurance. Unlike those garbage companies out there just trying to get you the lowest price, Peter’s agency is productive and gets you the coverage and best price that fits you. It’s nice to know that when you call, he will pick up and be there for you. No operators here, just reliable service! You’d be dumb to get anything different!

I have to say of all the insurance people I have ever dealt with, in all the 7 states we have lived, I have never had an insurance person like Peter. He is timely, informative, EXTREMELY helpful and always has the answers I am looking for. He has bent over backwards to make sure we are fully covered for most life events. He has given us great advice and guidance on our insurance needs and the price is easy on the budget. He is a true agent… not just some fly by night who is only around to take your money and then never hear from again. Peter is always available even when he should be on his own time. A family member called me and needed insurance fast for a multi unit complex. I referred him too Peter and his team at Farmers. I told my cousin to let me know what he thinks after he talked to Peter, my cousin had only a few words for me «it’s all taken care of». This is the approach Peter and his team takes and why I would feel comfortable referring a family member to him. One call and it’s all done, now we can move on too other matters. I would refer Peter to any family member after hearing from, one of my closest, that he truly is that good.

I can’t say enough about how great Peter is!
I didn’t realize that my coverage for the past 3 years has been horrifically inadequate. Peter was able to get me a policy with a lot more coverage, and helped me understand WHY I needed more.
In addition, I was also able to pick up life and renter’s insurance as well because Farmers also offers them. In the end it worked out really well, such that I referred my parents to him for their homeowner’s and car insurance.
Peter is nothing short of FABULOUS!

Last year I switched my life insurance over to Peter and have since changed all my policies to Farmers! Peter is a true professional and got me MORE coverage for the SAME price!
Peter is responsive and always ready to help with whatever crazy questions I might have. He seems to have connections for just about any thing I need even if it is not insurance and is always willing to provide assistance.
I am referring all my family and friends to at least talk to Peter — maybe he can get them a better deal like he got me!
