Boa P.
Manager
Chef Boa of Phở Noodle and Sushi Bar is a celebrated professional and an active supporter of charitable causes. Born in Saigon, Chef Boa learned the art of Vietnamese cooking from an early age. After his family was forced to flee Vietnam, He eventually arrived in San Diego, California, where he continued to explore culinary expression.
Inspired by his interest in international cuisine, Boa took an extended trip abroad. This trip further expanded his culinary horizons, and upon his return he opened Phở Noodle and Sushi Bar in San Diego, California. The restaurant received recognition for its healthy and unique approach to Vietnamese cuisine. Thanks to its popularity, Phở Noodle and Sushi Bar will be expanded to open an additional location in
2015.
Not only is Boa renowned for his cooking and international-fusion creations, Boa has received recognition for his work with charitable causes for children and at risk youth.
