They never disappoint. My girl friends & I have come here many times for services when it’s one of our birthdays. Liz the manager is very nice and helpful. Always accommodating! They have some reasonable packages. We always get massages, either ⁶⁰⁄₉₀ and facials. Their therapists are very nice and do a good job. Definitely look into them if you are looking for good services & reasonable prices.

AAAAAAMAZING. My husband and I try to get massages on a semi regular basis and I have to say this was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. My husband agreed. Meilisa and Lindsey were rockstars and took their time and not only focused on our trouble spots but also went above and beyond with the entire experience. Everyone-​from the moment we entered the door until we left– made our time there so relaxing and wonderful. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I never usually post any reviews but Lizabeth is a God send!
My husband and I were in the mood for a quick massage but given as it was Halloween, we were unsure if we can book an appointment, let alone a couples massage! So i checked Unilocal and found this gem! I called in and Lizabeth was such a sweetheart! She was able to book us an appointment THAT SAME DAY and check this, she also included an aromatherapy session for me and mt husband! Also a plus is that the location is a few mins away from our hotel so it was amazing as well.
So we came in an hour after my audacious call and we were sent in a room where we filled up some forms, the typical forms for first timers. A few minutes after, we were immediately accomodated by 2 amazing ladies — Mei and Tonia/​Tania (not sure what her name was).
Ohhh don’t let me get started with the massage, see I’ve been through a couple of swedish massages before and we know the drill that sometimes some masseuse can be pretty tough but this was EPIC! There we were, my husband and I getting ready for an hour of relaxing pain, but we were taken aback when both ladies took an amazing time with us, asked us our problem areas and made sure we had the right pressure.
Now that’s pretty amazing.
When we were done, she let us at a private room for another session that we weren’t really expecting. It was a small area with two big chairs that turns you upside down (?) Now, don’t worry cause apparently it takes out pressure from your lower half. After the relaxing session, we were offered pink champagnes.
It was well worth the price!
The staff were nothing but amazing! So if you happen to drop by SD, definitely visit and book an appointment ^^

Planned my best friend’s Bachelorette party at this spa in November. My point of contact was Lizbeth and she was nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the services provided to us on the day was not as promised. The bride’s sister was supposed to receive a complimentary foot soak while she waited an hour because there was only 1 esthetician available. When I was finished with my facial, I found her bored & reading the same magazine. I was quite embarrassed since she is the bride’s sister. Also, since the wedding was a week away, I requested no extractions. My esthetician told me that she was unaware of this request, luckily I caught her in time when I noticed the bright light on my face. Since I didn’t receive the extractions, the esthetician shortened my session by almost 15 min! To make things worst, we paid extra to add warm stones to the bride’s massage. Yes, she got them, but only on her legs! To top this off, I requested a «deluxe» signature 50 min foot treatment which was suppose to include warm stones massage. The girl did not use any warm stones and my service was only 40 min. Also, the complimentary champagne given to us when we arrived was not available after our services. Some of the girls didn’t even get to touch their champagne. I asked Lizbeth if there were clients after our group, she said it was only us. So it makes me wonder why the service was lacking. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 0 because the staff was very nice and Lizbeth took care of the parking fee. But all the girls in the wedding party agreed not to return to this spa. So disappointing!

Took the wife here for a birthday massage. The staff was very nice and well prepared for our appointment. Foot soak, happy birthday sign, and champagne was ready for her. Then, Kate and Mei did a great job for our couples massage. We will definitely return when in the area.

Fabulous massage and facial combination. Susan and Elizabeth were just marvelous. I would certainly return when I return to San Diego.

My husband and I are visiting San Diego for our 5 year wedding anniversary, so we decided to check out this spa for a couples message. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. We had an amazing spa experience. The ceremony of love package was everything! There was even a point in the message when we both feel asleep. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

We were there today for the first time and got 1 hour facial and an hour message with Melissa and Elizabeth and these girls were beyond amazing. I am a little over 7 months pregnant so I got the prenatal massage and it was one of the best massage ever!!! The price was also a good deal it was so worth it. The manager Liz was a very sweet lady too! Overall great experience and we’ll be back for sure!

This place is very ghetto and the mail nail technician is trashy. Such inappropriate conversation. The service was substandard. Not even a massage with pedicure. The gel Polish cracked after a week. Never seen Polish do that. It took another nail technician elsewhere 30 minutes to remove the gel. Wow. I love getting a pedicure and tipping well, but I’ll never go here again.

I keep wondering why I don’t get a massage more often. Once again I had the best massage last night with Rosetta. Different masseuse from last time but still over the top great. I won’t wait that long again.
Range of motion in my back and arms was a super side result. As well as a great night sleep.

UPDATED: I received a call from the manager after my initial review and she had the most sincere apologies about my experience. She offered me the choice of a refund or giving the spa a second chance, which after a few days I decided I would do. I went in for a mani/​pedi with Belem and she was absolutely amazing. She was very funny and welcoming and made me feel relaxed and pampered. I am extremely impressed with the service I received and how much care was taken into making sure I knew I was a valued customer to them. I think I may be a regular there after all.
ORIGINAL: My massage therapist (I think her name was Susan) was something else. While also skilled, she was exceptionally insensitive. I have a large, very dark (I’m white, so it stands out) birthmark that covers almost all of the back of my right calf. When she uncovered it I could tell she was surprised, and she asked what happened. I’m very used to the questions about it and I responded that it was only a birthmark, I’ve had it forever. She responds with a chuckle and tells me that it looks «like a burn, from exhaust or something.»
It is really hard to relax when you feel like a piece of charred meat. As soon as I got to my car I burst into tears. I expect this kind of crap from random strangers in the grocery store, or sometimes I get whispers walking around town, but for someone who is supposed to be tactful and appropriate really caught me off guard and hurt.

This was my first spa experience, from the moment I walked in it was such a nice relaxing atmosphere. I got a facial done today and I’m very happy with my results! I left feeling so rejuvenated and my skin so soft. She was so nice and explained everything along the way plus gave me some great at home tips to keep my face healthy !! The aesthetician’s name was Elizabeth, I would defiantly recommend going to her if you want the most amazing facial experience ever! I’m looking forward to going again soon!

This review is long overdue, but I cannot be more happier that I had booked our spa day during my best friend’s bachelorette party weekend!
From the very beginning, Lizbeth was a dream to coordinate with! She was able to create a custom «Sparty» package based on our budget and services our group wished to have. Her willingness to customize and make it personal is what sold me!
As soon as we walked up to the spa, right outside the door was a sidewalk chalkboard sign saying «Welcome to Zye’s Sparty!» The spa itself isn’t very large with just enough private rooms that I can count on my hands, so as soon as our group of 6 girls walked in it felt like we owned the whole place and all the service was truly dedicated to us. We were escorted to a private, dimly lit room decorated with fresh flowers in the bridal colors, favors and glass of mimosa ready for us. My best friend has a unique name so just seeing her name on signage outside the spa, in our relaxation room and all the private rooms made her feel really special and important. Each of the girls were given a rose in the bridal colors and some chocolates before getting whisked away to their treatments.
My treatment included a 60 minute massage and pedicure. The massage was fantastic but the real experience for me was the pedicure! Their massage chairs recline to the point where you’re laying on your back with your feet in the air! It was the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had and my best friend and I were both catching ourselves snoring the whole time! :)
Lizbeth and her team made our weekend. The personal touches they made were above and beyond to make it a truly special and personal experience!

Shortly after posting my review, the manager reached out to me. She explained the pricing structure and asked for a receipt so she could make adjustments if needed. I didn’t have my receipt since the reservation was a few months back — but appreciate the effort and level of customer service she provided.

I was looking for a spa to get a massage in San Diego. It’s my first time in San Diego and I wanted to experience a massage here. I flew from Chicago and came due to the reviews of this place.
I talked to the manager over the phone prior to booking. She is very informative and has great customer service skills. She said she hires nothing but the best. Trusted her opinion… and glad I did!!!
I had Rosetta as my massage therapist. She is absolutely amazing!!! I LOVED her personality upon meeting with her. Kind… sweet…friendly! She made me feel like I was in heaven… listened to the areas that needed to be focused. If you want a great massage… Please go see Rosetta! !

The customer service here is amazing! I came in on a very crowded Saturday afternoon. As a result, I had to wait in small, warm ‘hallway-​like’ area on a plastic foldable chair. At first, I was very put off by this, but I was attended to, offered water and the second a seat became available in the relaxation area it was offered to me.
Not long after having taken a seat in a big comfy chair, I was greeted with a huge smile by the esthetician doing my facial. The experience was wonderful. Relaxing, calming and rejuvenating. The rooms are a bit small, but that information becomes irrelevant once you crawl under the warm sheets and the facial begins. After my facial, I was escorted over to another room where I received one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received. The zero gravity chair was beyond amazing. I’ve never felt so relaxed.
Overall this was a great experience. It is not the most lavish spa I’ve ever been to, but the services more then made up for that. I will definitely be returning.

Wow! I absolutely loved my facial. I had a hydrating facial that my best friend treated. She definitely reeled me in! :) I will be coming back. I am so happy with my face that I am writing this review at 5:15 am … This is my 2^nd professional facial I ever had (1^st time at this location).
I arrived a few minutes before the appt. Time And immediately Lizbeth greeted me with a smile and a glass of champagne. Her warm smile was very welcoming. After filling out a quick facial questionnaire, Gloria, an aesthetician introduced herself and walked me to the room. The room was very relaxing, the bed was nice and warm. Throughout the facial. Gloria answered all my questions and provided suggestions on the care of my skin. I really appreciate all the tips she gave me. While applying the steam she massage my shoulders and arms. She periodically asked about the pressure and my preference. As she concluded the process she massage my scalp. At the end I felt like I was awaking from a well needed nap even though Gloria and I talked most of the time. Such a relaxing and wonderful experience.
If you’re wondering why I couldn’t wait to write my review later in the day well it’s simply because I woke up and noticed how radiant and hydrated my face looked!!! something I had been searching for months! This review couldn’t wait!

My girlfriend surprised me with an hour long couple massage for my birthday. Right when we walked in they guided us to a little relaxing sitting room that’s dimly lit with a running water machine. I noticed that the facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. After filling out our paperwork and having the masseuses go over what parts of our bodies we wanted to be focused on we got started.
I got the deep tissue massage while my girlfriend got a swedish massage. I really enjoyed my massage and I think I even feel asleep for few minutes. Though the massages were great, I did not enjoy that my girlfriends masseuse was talking to her throughout pretty much the entire hour, asking if the pressure was okay and showing her different techniques that she could perform. I just feel that during a massage I would like to be fully relaxed and in a quiet peaceful environment.

I came here for the couples Ceremony of Love package. This included the rose petals on the bed and a glass of champagne as we filled out our paperwork. The rose petals and glass of Andre champagne were an extra $ 35, which I found to be a rip off, as I did not know what kind of champagne it was upon arrival.
I got the Swedish massage while my boyfriend got the deep tissue massage. Before starting, our packets that we filed out, prior to being guided towards our room, were looked over and discusses with each of us to make sure what areas needed to be focused on most and the pressure that would best fit our liking. We both really enjoyed ourselves– we almost fell asleep! Our masseuses were great but my boyfriend was not thrilled that my masseuse was talking to me throughout the entire hour, asking if the pressure was okay. I enjoyed how personable he was, and he even showed me a few minute foot therapy technique I can use during my job with my customers. I do agree, though, that I would have enjoyed a more peaceful environment for the hour I was there.
Everyone seemed extremely friendly and the environment overall is very relaxing!
