One of the workers kept staring at me. It was very discomforting. He needs to lean some hospitality. Food was ok but the glaring eyes of that worker was the straw that broke the camel’s back/

I can’t believe how low Pick Up Stix has gotten, although I don’t blame the local restaurant I would have to say though the tactics worked to get me to drive through traffic to get there only to find the coupon I had from the newspaper with the print so small you would need a telescope to read was only for the Escondido locations. I haven’t been to Pick Up Stix for a while mainly because it isn’t convenient for me and I must say this was the last time for me, it just isn’t worth the drive. Service was great the meal was not, I used to get slices of beef and now I think they either gave me the scraps or they are now using hamburger. So sorry Pick Up Stix your fired.

Me and my honey love Pick Up Stix Spicy Orange Chicken with brown rice! Unlike Panda Express, your food is made fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp all day and night. With that being said, it never takes to long to be served! The spicy orange chicken comes with water chestnuts and slices of real orange and red peppers! Not too spicy, but you can adjust the heat to your liking with the hot sauce they have on the side. Service has always been fast and friendly. This parking lot can be hectic during rush hour but is nice and peaceful during non-rush hour times.

Is Kung Pao beef supposed to have a dozen thick, coarse, eyebrow, or beard hairs embedded within the coating? I ate a bunch of this, went to bed, brought it for lunch next day, and sat horrified picking out hair after hair. They were short and coarse, like someone was scratching there beard aggressively over the wok. Disgusting. I could tell the employees hated it there, and probably know their days are numbered, I expect this place to be closed within a year, Overpriced, disgusting food with DNA for flavoring.

My family ate lunch at this location today. The whole experience was a disappointment, from the service to the quality of the food. Our table was filthy when we sat down and we had to clean it ourselves. The restaurant was almost empty, so staff should have had plenty of time to keep the tables presentable. Our food was delivered to the table by a young lady who was unfriendly and abrupt, and who practically threw the order on the table. She made no attempt to be pleasant and seemed bothered to have to serve us. An even bigger failing was the food. I ordered grilled chicken and vegetables which was gag-worthy. The cooks did not trim the chicken of fat or gristle. It was unpalatable. Dining-in was a completely negative experience in every way. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The service is great and they are friendly but their food is horrible! I love good chinese food and this just isn’t good chinese food. We ordered a lot of food too. and it was all pretty gross. I will never eat here again.

I have tried and tried but I just can’t stand the food. I will say the service was great, friendly and fast and that’s why I gave 2 stars. But I’ve had better Chinese food from a 99c place. For this kind of place Pei Wei is much better and Panda

I love the House chicken at this place. It is addictive and always makes me crave it more. This location in particular is very fast and efficient. It can get more crowded during dinner times because of the area where its located. Most people will enjoy this as long as you understand its not authentic chinese food… more of chinese food with a whitey twist.

brrrrrrrrr. you literally should just pick up your food when you dine here, because it is cold cold cold inside! came here for a casual dinner with my sister and after researching the«wok smart» menus, we were excited you could eat here for under 500 calories! but unfortunately we were disappointed. brown rice wasn’t ready, and when we asked when it would be, the response was, «not for awhile.» well, that’s an accurate response. when asked for our salads to have dressing on the side, it came. but with some dressing already poured on to half of it when we received the order. in general, food was expected as any pick up stix which i’m always pleasantly satisfied with, but the service and general overall delivery was quite disappointing at this location. and! it was FREEEZing inside, and when we placed our order, i did not appreciate the aroma of bleach being thrown across the kitchen floor. i guess they all wanted to go home soon. but it was only 7 pm?
