I have used PQ Carpet Cleaning services twice. I’ve always been pleased with the end results, the onetime arrival and the friendly personalized service. I plan to continue using PQ Carpet Cleaning and confidently refer them to my clients and friends.

PQ Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! We had multiple pet stains all around the house and Mike came in and made everything look brand new and smell so good! He was fast, efficient, and friendly! We will be using his services again!

I recently moved into a rental condo and the carpet smelled so horrible that the place was almost uninhabitable. I called PQ Carpet Cleaning and talked to Michael, the owner, and he agreed to come out the very next day to help me with my situation. Not only was he friendly and personable but after he cleaned my carpet the odor is gone! This is the BEST carpet cleaning that I have ever had! The owner, Michael, is very personable and expert in the job. He cleaned the downstairs, stairs and upstairs hall of my house today. And his machine leaves only a little lint behind. It dries quickly and his cleaning machine is quiet. I highly recommend him!!!

Michael was great! He was very flexible with our schedule and was in and out in about an hour for our entire house! The carpets dried very fast and look so clean!

Michael was a life saver! Our dog had decided to spread his poop ALL OVER THE CARPET! PQ came in and the carpet looks brand new! Michael gave us a discount and even cleaned the rest of the carpet!

Michael did a great job breathing life back into our carpet. We just bought the house and figured we would have to replace the carpets as they were trashed, now we can save up for flooring.

I will never call PQ Carpet Cleaning again. I had called to set up an appointment to have Michael come out the day before Thanksgiving. He was a no show. It took him over 2 hours to finally call me to tell me that he wasn’t coming. Stated that he forgot his appointment book at home that had my address. Then he said that he tried calling his wife to have her give him the address but she wasn’t home. Said that he tried to text me but the text wouldn’t go through. If he had forgot his book at home, why not call me when you know the general area that I live in? He called about 30 minutes before he was suppose to show up asking for my address again. I gave it to him with specific directions on how to get to my place since I live in a condo complex. He claims that he has clients in the my complex but said that he tried to google for directions, they were no where close to my place.
He rescheduled me for the day after Thanksgiving to come back and clean. Again, he shows up 30 minutes late and has less an hour to clean my carpets before he had to be an another appointment in Mission Valley.
My carpets do look better but I believe they would look better if he wasn’t in such a rush to clean my carpets to get to his next appointment. When I paid him, he took my money and left without apologizing for being late and rescheduling. He just pocketed the money and grabbed his stuff and left.
Will not recommend this place to anyone and let alone have him come back to clean my carpets.

Michael did an incredible job on our carpet. He followed up with us, to insure the carpet was clean to our satisfaction. I can guarantee you that I would use Michael again. Don’t hesitate call him.

My couch was pretty much on it’s last legs after multiple roommates and pets. I was so surprised that Michael was able to make it look brand new after one cleaning!!! The stains were gone and so were the odors. The couch was dry from the cleaning in just a few hours and looked good as new. I would highly recommend Michael for any upholstery and carpet cleaning. He is friendly, affordable, and always on time. Give him a call and you will be surprised that the stains really don’t come back!

I have rental property and I don’t believe that the tenant who recently moved out cleaned the place in the 3 years that he lived there. The carpets were filthy and stained and I thought they would need replacing. A colleague told me to try PQ Carpet Cleaning before replacing them. I gave them a call and Michael came out this past weekend on very short notice and worked wonders. I left to run an errand when he started cleaning and when I returned the carpets looked new and the stains (spots) were gone. His price was reasonable and he was very professional. I will use him in the future for both rental and personal properties and would recommend him to anyone who is tired of paying high prices for medicore carpet cleaning.

The stairs in our rental property have a very nice weave carpet that the previous owners stained. I have relied on Michael to remove the stains and make this beautiful carpet nice again for the tenants. Michael works to our schedule, is there on time and does outstanding work. I will continue to use him for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

This review IS LONG OVERDUE!!! Michael and PQ Carpet Cleaning ARE THE BOMB!!! I was house sitting for my boyfriend and we had just moved the renters out. The carpets were UNBELIEVABLY DIRTY! We pretty much figured the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in at least 10 years! I had people coming over that afternoon and the cleaners I scheduled an appointment with were NO SHOWS 3 TIMES! I called Michael in a panic because we were living in PQ and I figured he must be close. I didn’t know PQ also meant «pretty darn quick.» Michael actually MOVED CLIENTS around so that he could clean our carpets and they looked amazing! There were still stains but that wasn’t his fault. that was over 10 years of kids and dog traffic! Michael at PQ Carpet Cleaning was amazing and I would (and have) recommended him to anyone who is looking for a fantastic AFFORDABLE carpet cleaner!

I hired Michael to clean our carpets at our old place just a few weeks ago. I gave him about a two hour notice as it was a hectic and last minute move and I had totally forgotten that the carpets needed to be professionally cleaned. Michael, the owner, was very friendly and personable and took care of us. He did a great job, eliminated stains and made the carpets look brand new. I will hire him again and greatly appreciate his prompt response and excellent work.

I called PQ Carpet Cleaning after reading the Unilocal reviews as my in-​laws were arriving in a couple of days and I needed to get the place decent looking. Michael/​the owner was very accommodating, and managed to make it out the SAME day I phoned, arriving promptly the same afternoon. He gave me the honest scoop about my carpets, which I appreciated, and worked quickly, price was very fair, no switcheroo tactics or upsell. Stains came out and my home was more than presentable for our incoming houseguests. I intend to have him do our carpets regularly from now on. Thank you Michael! I probably had the dirtiest carpets around, haven’t been cleaned in 4 years, and i can not believe that he got them clean, i would for sure use him again and highly recommend him

I called PQ Carpet Cleaning for my 92 year old neighbor as she wanted to get her carpets cleaned. We talked to Micheal, the owner of the company who was extremely accommodating and professional over the phone. He showed up on time and was very nice. He explained the products and process so we would know exactly what he was going to do. When he was done the carpets looked amazing. One of the neighbors begged to have him come clean her carpets when he was done, which he did. I would very much recommend Micheal and PQ Carpets to anyone I know.

Not a happy customer. The agitation from the carpet cleaning machine has caused my carpet to buckle.
Contacted owner, but have not received a response.
Would not recommend.
