Meet the Business Owner
Keith D.
Business Owner
Keith was raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, IL and moved to San Diego, CA at the age of 27. As a child and into his teens, he was always involved in competitive sports and learned the true meaning of hard work and discipline.
After high school, he wanted to stay competitive in something so he decided to try his hand at bodybuilding. The timing was perfect as he was working towards his degree in exercise physiology. Keith would take the information he was learning in the classroom and apply it to himself. A few bodybuilding contests and a Bachelor’s degree later, Keith decided to take his knowledge and passion for fitness and turn it into a career. He has been personal training full-time since January 2005 and feels there is nothing more rewarding than being able to change the way someone looks and feels about themself.
