One star is too much of this place… STAY AWAY!!! How I wish I had checked reviews before going there, but I was shopping so thought why not, it is convenient. I had the exact same experience as Rick L. They put on a new glass screen on my iPad and when I picked it up it was popping up in the corner. I questioned this and they said that the glue had not set so they put tape on it and told me to give it 5 days to set and any problems to come back. What was also odd was that when I went to pay the guy told me the internet was down and asked me to go to the ATM to get cash and he wouldn’t charge me sales tax. So I did that, asked for a receipt and he said because the machine was down he couldn’t give me one. Now I’m concerned, but he was adamant about not giving me a receipt and that he would remember me. So I trusted him and the work… big mistake. I took the tape off 5-​days later and the screen immediately cracked. Besides cracking it was still popping up and also the buttons were not connecting to where you couldn’t open any apps. So I went back down and they did remember me but said that it was a faulty screen, but it was my fault it cracked and therefore it fell out of warranty. They then told me that I should have brought it back immediately when it popped back up, which I tried explaining that I did (I went the next morning) but that wouldn’t have mattered because it cracked on its own. They called the manager and said because I didn’t have a receipt they would fix it for half the cost. I went back and forth with no luck. They wouldn’t give me the managers name/​number either. So now I have to go to another place and start all over. They are shady and I will be reporting them to the mall because of the entire cash/​receipt thing as if they were hiding the sale. Hard lesson learned… hopefully you will take this to heart and find another location.

My phone froze up. I stopped by here and the guy literally fixed in under 10 seconds.

Purchased a new glass screen. I Was told that I had a 14 day guarantee. I woke this morning to find my screen cracked. I Attempted to redeem my warranty & denied. «How do I know you didn’t drop it?» was the question posed by the employee. It’s a glass screen. There’s clearly no point of impact. Logical reasoning clearly doesn’t play a roll in determining warranty coverage.
Employe refused to give mgmnts telephone number.
Don’t waste your money at Quick IRepair. They’re selling terrible quality products along with terrible service. There’s plenty of others in the county that perform the same service.

STAY AWAY!!! I brought phone here to get screen repaired and left with a broken speaker and a screen that kept popping out of the frame. I had to take it to the Apple Store and pay again to have their damages fixed. When I went back to see about having the service refunded I was treated awful. Please save yourself the grief and stay away from these people.

Paid $ 50 for new iPhone 5s battery and it is no better than my old battery. A 10 minute call uses at least 7% of battery life. When I went back, I was told that this is normal when on the LTE signal. I didn’t have this problem for the first 1.25 years I had the phone however, and I expected my «new» battery to fix it.
