I started this business after new technology crushed my other business. What I was previously doing was selling regular cell phones before Androids were popular. Smartphones were not popular at the time. This was back in the Blackberry days and the iPhone was exclusive to At&t only. When Androids came out, they came out on all carriers and that’s when consumers shifted into buying smartphones. Social media was starting to become popular and the whole smartphone boom happened. That destroyed my business. After many months of slow sales I basically lost everything. It came to a point were all I had was $ 15 bucks to my name after I paid rent. But I had an amazing idea so I got back up and brushed myself off. Thats when Android & iPhone repair was started. I didn’t know how to repair anything. I taught myself everything from scratch but I knew I was good at something that wasn’t really around because phones never broke before and this type of business just popped up out of no where.
