Not too bad of a place to live. Pretty quiet complex for the most part.
The management company does a pretty good job maintaining the grounds and buildings.
The club house is pretty basic but it does have a kitchen you can use during events. There is a gym in there as well but it’s only a few cardio machines and a all in one gym for weights.
This place prides itself on its energy saving features. I’m pretty well convinced that the energy saving and solar panels are just a rouse as I have not seen any energy savings from them.
I think if anything though, it has gone up. Just running the fan from the central air, with AC off, costs me 100 dollars a month! Yeah, pretty ridiculous. So that’s why I’m not giving it five stars.
