Neighbors were partying Friday night after 10 pm, laughing, cussing, loud music. And there I was trying to calm my crying toddler because it’s too loud she couldn’t sleep. Called to complain and no one did anything. Why have a quiet time policy but no one really follows. Why marked Clean Air Vehicle spots when they are all parked with regular cars. Saw people went smoking by the fence at the small children playground.

Love these apartments. The leasing office is so gorgeous and the staff is so helpful and nice. Nicest apartments in San Diego! Great location not too far from the beach and everything else San Diego has to offer. Prices are fairly priced too for the area. The manager Justin is so helpful in particular. Go check it out! :)

This complex is AMAZING! Everyone I have worked with so far in the office has been wonderful. My husband and I were looking for an apartment within 30 minutes to La Jolla where I work. We looked at about 20 apartments before driving by this place. What really sets these apartments apart from other apartments are the amenities. Yes they are a bit pricey but you are getting what you are paying for. I am really looking forward to the 24 hour gym, yoga classes, spin classes, cooking classes and much more this place has to offer. They even have an apartment for rent for guests when they are in town. This place is like a resort. The only difference is a resort has room service, a maid, and a steam room(which they may have, I just didn’t ask). Cannot wait to move in January 2016!

I’d give them a fair 2 ½ stars. I loved the one bedroom apartment layout, bathroom was huge and they had a pretty decent move in special, so I was definitely interested. Initially. I’ve been looking for a new place for couple of weeks, and came across an ad on craigslistt about a new apartment community in Mission Valley, right around the corner from where I had just put in an application(The Village) when I went to go see the apartments in person, the leasing office staff were ALL over the place(I believe I saw 2 leasing consultants working) they were busy and literally showing people apartments at the same time… being someone who has worked as a vendor for this industry I knew that they were either slightly inexperienced or just trying to fill their vacant units as quickly as possible, because the consultants had very little personality. I was definitely enticed by the floorplan, the fact that it was a new property, and a few other things so I put in an application. They pretty much told me that I needed to make almost $ 70,000 to rent a one bedroom there, they«couldn’t locate me by credit» but found a criminal history on me LMAO. He told me I had to make 3 times the rent, and when I said wow thats high he said, «thats industry standard»…no its not 2 ½ times is standard… also, you will find the same floorplan for hundreds of dollars cheaper, just depends on the day. Pricing is all over the place. I decided to pull back my application and rent at the Village. It is a nice property but I did have a concern about the hallway carpets getting dirty one day(I hate apartments built like hotels) and the renters look a little sketchy(but I guess the make $ 70 grand a year so its okay)

The complex is absolutely beautiful. The layout is not as confusing as I had initially believed and the centralized parking is a lot easier than i had thought it would be. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. I’d recommend moving here to anyone looking.
