History

Established in 2008.

Rappoport Development Consulting Services LLC, (RDCS). Provides professional arborist, landscape, horticulture and landscape development consulting services. RDCS works as a sub-​consultant for engineers and landscape architects on infrastructure projects for tree related issues, as well as commercial and residential property owners, HOA’s and property management companies.

Jeremy Rappoport, President of RDCS also serves as a legal expert witness, providing litigation support within his specific areas of expertise.

Mr. Jeremy Rappoport, founder and President of Rappoport Development Consulting Services LLC (RDCS), provides arboriculture, landscape, horticulture and land development consulting service.

Mr. Rappoport earned a B.S. degree in horticulture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He obtained his California C-​27 landscape contractor license and opened Landscape Horticultural Services, a full service landscape design, construction and maintenance firm.

Mr. Rappoport expanded his professional experience working for private and public master development and homebuilders as a landscape, grading and offsite superintendent, then promoted to management positions of increasing responsibility including operations manager and director of land development.

Mr. Rappoport founded RDCS LLC in 2008, providing professional consulting and legal expert witness consulting services within his fields of expertise, including arboriculture, landscape, horticulture and land development.
