My car has 130,000 miles on it. I originally went to a big O tires to do work on my suspension because my suspension felt obviously worn and was very squeaky and creaky with every little bump. Big O tires replaced my struts and supposedly did an alignment but upon driving my car after the supposed fix the car was still veering towards the right and the suspension still felt funky. I went back to big O tires and as it turns out the guy who did the work on my car supposedly quit and upon inspecting my car again they said yet more work had to be done that should’ve been picked up with their first inspection the first time I was there. Not only was there more work needed but they were going to charge me an arm and a leg and possibly my head. At this point I lost all faith or confidence in big O tires. I went to RB automotive to get a comparison quote but didn’t let them know what big o tires said had to still be fixed. Wanted to see if there really was more needing to be done without any prompting from me. Not only did RB Automotive confirm what still had to be done on their own but they also showed me how big o tires incorrectly installed my struts on one side! Big O tires incompetent bastards! So not only was RB Automotive far more reasonable with cost but I felt like I had their undivided attention in such a busy shop. As I was leaving the shop a guy who was there picking up his car told me how great they were and that he would trust no one else. Getting that kind of real time customer feedback made me feel good about my decision. A few hours later they called me to tell me my car was ready. The suspension feels great and I am extremely happy with the work they did. Thanks guys and see you next time I need some work done on my car.

These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a coupon for an oil change and they checked out everything. I feel comfortable that they looked out for me to help maintain my vehicle. They even were kind enough to tell me about the nearby Webb park so I could wait in tranquility as my car was worked on. Great guys.

My husband had his car serviced here a few months back (they actually loaned him one of their OWN personal cars while his car was left there for several days) and was SO pleased with them, that when my car wouldn’t start he convinced me to take it here. Yes, we drove down from San Marcos to RB for a mechanic.
My car needed a new battery– easy fix for that. The guys are really nice there. It took them about a day. It was right after Christmas and they were very busy.
It’s a family owned business (which we love supporting). Hopefully, we’re done with major car repairs for a while but we’ll be back when the time comes!

I dropped by with a screw in my tire. They were fast, friendly and professional. Will

I shopped around and got my catalytic converter replaced at half the estimated cost RB auto quoted me.

Rb automotive is an honest shop. They have helped me on multiple occasions and they back up their work. Great business mentality and family owned and operated. Thanks for all your help and will be bringing all my cars here as long as i live in the area.
