Dr mark is just on top of his game ! I was referred here by a friend and I owe him a thank you due to the results, if you need a chiropractor don’t think twice and visit mark!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mashikes and know the great things he has done for my neck and back problems. Several weeks ago when my puppy was injured so badly she could not stand, walk, or play like puppy’s do I asked Mark if he could help her because the vets I had taken her to had not been able to thus far. Wouldn’t you know, after only a few visits with Dr. Mashike, my puppy is back to being the puppy she was before her injury. It took only one adjustment to see an improvement, only a few more to get her back to all the «crazy» puppy’s are known and loved for.

I was referred for a bad back and was told by the doctor that I needed a spinal decompression package along with adjustments. I started the treatments but after each one I told the dr. that my back hurt even more. He kept telling me to hang in there and things would get better.
Finally after 11 treatments, I could barely stand up and stopped the treatments and adjustments. I not only wasted about $ 2000 but additional damage to my back was done.
It has been over 8 weeks since I stopped the treatments and am finally in less pain.
Nobody has contacted me from the office to check on my welfare.
Dr. Mark talks a great game, is a great salesman but $$$$$$ come before the patient’s welfare.
Beware before committing to an expensive protocol that clearly doesn’t work for everyone.

My 16 year old son was complaining of terrible neck and shoulder pains and he asked me to take him to a chiropractor. It just so happens that a very good friend of mine had just told me about Dr. Mashike and how much he had helped her (after years of not being able to get relief from terrible back pains) and her kids. My son is doing a whole lot better right now and it’s all thanks to Dr. Mashike (and we have the X-​rays that confirm the improvement). He’s very personable and knows how to treat people both with his chiropractic work and his bedside manner. We would drive a long way for this level of care, but luckily, he’s located in a very convenient location.

I can highly recommend Dr Mashike, the name says it all! He’s all about results, helping you be healthier, happier. I have seen many chiropractors in my life but he’s the best, he’s a gifted, caring professional.

I was referred to Dr. Mark by my trainer and PT person. Wow! He has helped me more than I ever thought possible! I had a medial meniscus injury which never healed properly after surgery and this caused my hips to be out of alignment and that led to my L4−5 to herniated, pinch the siatic nerve. Dr Mark has helped me recover and become almost 100% pain free. I highly recommend him! I did recommend him to my husband and son who both have high regard for his skills and results.

Dr. Mark has made it possible now for me to lay comfortably flat on my back. This was previously not possible prior to my treatment. My neck was near fusion in several locations and at what is called «stage 3». What should have taken 3 years to fix back to normal will be done in 1 years time. Wooooooow!!! I was referred to Dr. Mark because I sustained injuries from a car accident. I was very skeptical about being adjusted at first because I personally have never been to a chiropractor before. I must admit, it’s awesome! Dr Mark is fantastic!
He is knowledgeable and does great work! I was hit on my left side while I was walking and I was in so much pain. After the first 2 weeks of treatment, I felt improvement, and now after 2 months of treatment, I feel so much better than before!
Not only has he fixed ally injuries, his patient care is impeccable! I am in the medical field so I am very critical of people working on me. He really has a great personality and makes u feel comfortable! I would recommend him to everyone!

The man knows his craft. i wasn’t a big believer in chiro care till i met my wife 11 yrs ago. She knew Mark as a neighbor back in the day. i was having sport’s injury ailments that were never quite «right» after sports theraphy and rehab.
anyhow, to current day. i just tore my rt calf while «slipping» and figured i’d be hobbling around for a couple months. but after seeing Doc and him working his magic, leg is healing faster and i’m walking, though barely, alot better than just icing and resting.
he’s a great doc that knows his stuff.
modern medicine’s great if you want to heal it with pills and got plenty of time to sit around and get hooked. but if you’re on the go, athletic and can’t stand to sit around and wait, then quit sitting on your butt, if you’re hurting, go to this doc, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Mashike is what EVERY Chiropractor should be… at the top of their game. he knows bones, muscles, nutrition, supplements, stretching and most of all, a love and passion for what he does to help people get back to enjoying their lives. He is more than a guy who will crack your neck and your back. He knows about deep tissue and what it takes to fix what ails you. Yes, it takes some work, may even be painful at times, but there is no way to work through the injuries and challenges without pushing past it. He will remind you to breath, give you a hug and always be there with that genuine smile. Dr. Mashike and his staff are truly in this to heal and help people who are need, from the young to the more mature. He’s my #1 guy to go to when I need it.

Since I started seeing him, my neck and spine have felt great and I know I’m in the process of correcting my body structure! I’m only a week into my treatment but I know that I’ll get the results I want.

Dr. Mark is passionate about delivering what he promises which is improvement in overall structure issues with spine, body alignment and overall positive immune benefit. I have witnessed my hubby’s transformation within a relatively short time in correcting body alignment and related joint muscle discomfort related to a motorcycle accident over 30 years ago.
Now I am experiencing major relief – he’s extraordinary and skillful and his staff is wonderful: talk to Nicole at the front desk– she will answer all your questions informatively and address the financial aspect — she can get your insurance info for you before your first appointment.

Dr. Mashike does magic. I have been going to him for over six months and he has reduced my sciatica to hardly ever a problem. His staff is terrific and I look forward to going there regularly. If you are smart — this is the guy to go to. DO IT !

Dr Mashike is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve been going to him off and on for 12 years now… obviously when I need him mostly. I’m a personal trainer and work out hard. Recently I had a shoulder injury starting with falling off my mountain bike. I thought to myself it would get better and tried to work through it. I kept pushing it but realized I could no longer do pushups… not even one! I would fall to the ground halfway down. I was up to 30 – 40 full body pushups which I consider good for a girl. ANyhow… I was soooo scared to go to the doctor to get x rayed and told I needed drugs or surgery… or to lay off it and rest.
I knew I could count on «Doc» to tell me otherwise. After a couple months of this pain nonsense I went in and he said I had a partial dislocation and a torn infraspinatus… OMG…but he said he could get me back. Yayyyy! Whatever it takes just make me better. Now Im not gonna lie and tell you it wasnt painful to get it fixed BUT… I would definitely do this before surgery ALWAYS! You never know what you will be left with after that. In 8 treatment and the stretches and exercises he assigned me I was back! Un FRIIIGGGIN BELIEVABLE!!! SO many times I have been thoroughlt impressed with the magic he does… but this was just… insanely awesome. Doc KNOWS the body so well. You could have a bad cold and have him adjust you. It will be GONE in a few hours. Countless things, countless times. Every thing going on in your body stems from the spine. Not only does he do his «thang», he completely informs you of what he is doing and why. And he always has amazing real-​life fix-​it solutions that are not drugs. Fantastic.

If you have a shoulder injury or problem, Mike Mashike is the guy to see in SD (his name is Mark but call him Mike, it rhymes better and he loves that). He is the third chiro I saw after also failing to get results with 2 PTs and an ortho and neuro consult. Guess who clicked it back into place, probably permanently? Mike the Shike.
This is a funny little hole in the wall office with candles smelling up the place like a church, and walls coated with celebrity athlete pictures, marathoners and MMA/​UFC types and their testimonials, endorsements, handshakes, etc. Doctor became a chiro after a brush with flaming automobile death that left him with a zillion metal plates and a serious limp, cutting his Pavrotti-​like singing career short.
Well he learned his craft well. As I mentioned, I had seen several chiros previously and they often failed to get a good adjustment. Dr. Mark has a smooth adjusting style that is confident and strong, he has a way of negotiating with bones and joints that lets them know who is boss.
That said, he will probably also make you suffer through what is a version of active release technique. It is no fun, no chiste. I prefer cold showers and root canals to this cross-​friction hell he will put you through. However, it is not as bad as childbirth because it is only a few minutes, and in labor they give you epidurals. In 3 visits of this mierda, it finally started to feel a bunch better. Just be ready for that, because it is not all daisies and happy talk to get an injury rehabbed. The good news is that he has some alternate home rehab strengthening schemes that also help speed up recovery if you do them.
While he has a bunch of stuff to sell on his shelves, he never pushed additional stuff on me, and I sorta wonder why not. I guess I simply don’t need supplements. Tabasco covers all my vitamin needs! He is no quack. Other chiros I saw put a vial of vitamins under my chest and tested my arm strength (on my bad arm, duh) and concluded I needed to buy $ 75 worth of $ 15 vitamins from them. Not with Mashike. He hates that stuff, says it give chiros a bad name.
Lastly, his office girl Gabi is the cutest thing ever, and very mellow, ultra non-​stressy. Hi Gabi!

Dr. Mashike is amazing, he totally changed my life! I am a runner and I have had a lot of different problems lately, knee, achilles, IT, upset stomach…
When I first came I was miserable, ache and not running at all. Now I am running every other day and I feel great. Dr. Mashike is not only a chiropractor, he sees the whole picture and seems to know everything. Skin care, nutition, structure, you name it and he knows it!
Last but not least he is funny and cares in a personal way!
He feels like a true friend and puts his heart and soul into his work!
If you don’t give it a try you are definitely missing out!

AMAZING.
I dislocated my shoulder lifting weights (nothing huge, but I guess it was an irritated older injury) but somehow my shoulder got pissed and popped out, and I didn’t realize that was what was wrong. All I knew is that I couldn’t move it without the most Excruciating pain of my life! I don’t have insurance so was freaking out. Urgent Care gave me muscle relaxers and vicodin, said I would need an MRI (a thousand bucks) and probably surgery (several thousand more) and just sent me on my way. Still hurting and now despondent, I made a desperate call to this chiropractor, Dr. Mashike, who came recommended by someone who, like me, doesn’t always trust chiropracty. When I called, he was kind and squeezed me in that day.
When I arrived, I was scared, exhausted, and sick with pain. He took one look and feel and told me it was dislocated and he could fix it. His personality is warm, open, funny, and friendly. He explained that he would have to «pop it back in,» and he said, «You’re gonna see Jesus for a minute. It’s gonna hurt, but then it’ll feel better.»
Uh oh… So I laid down and he popped it back in. I saw stars for a sec, and the sound was disgusting. I called him a sadist and other words at first (sorry Dr. Mashike!), but now I say he has magic hands! Like magic, I could move again! A few adjustments later and I’m back to normal!
He talks to his patients like friends, saying stuff like «your teres minor is pissed off and it’s yelling at all the other muscles in there!» which to me makes sense – the muscle is spasming and hurting everything else! But he also gives you the facts, explains his process, and makes sure you understand what is happening in your own body, like a good doctor should, not to mention his own recovery story and the many certifications he has to back him up.
I’m now a believer in chiropractic care. Thanks so much for saving my arm and not bankrupting me in the process!!!
