Robeks is overpriced so can’t give it 5 stars, but I must say that I really like this location and the kind staff. I bought a bunch of online coupons so have been in about 8 times over the past month or two and the staff is all really nice.

This was my first time at this robeks location and I was disappointed. I requested an acai bowl without being blended(which other robeks have done for me multiple times) and they said they couldn’t do it! Not going back

I came in this morning with my children and after waiting 10 minutes to order and another 25 minutes for the customers BEHIND us to get their smoothies first we eventually received our food to find hardly a teaspoon of crushed granola on our bowls. I was disappointed to say the least to have to wait 35 minutes for sub par food and snappy attitude from the employees. We will not be returning any time soon unfortunately.

Very friendly people here, but it took a while to get my acai bowl, even though I was the only one in the store. They had a hard time finding a ripe banana so the guy was struggling to peel a too-green Banana. I’d go back again!

Stopped by for a quick acai bowl with my coworker. Both our bowls were so melted and soup-like; pretty much water! Maybe it was bad luck that day but it was horrible. Tried their spinach feta pretzel. Don’t do it.

Went to get smoothies today with my infant and 4 year old. While the smoothie was great I want to say the customer service was amazing, I forgot my wallet inside and the young man working the counter ran it out to me! Thanks again!

Glad this place opened up again. My go to place to get that extra umph in your juices and smoothies. My favorite is the 800lb Gorilla. Good smoothie if your looking for that extra protein and craving peanut butter.

Update: I heard they are under new management! ******* I normally love Robeks, but this place is consistently out of supplies… Critical stuff any smoothie place should always have. Lids, coffee, drink holders, whey protein… Don’t you think a smoothie place should always have these basics in stock at all times? Well, this place does not. I don’t know what Corporate wants to do about this but I will never come again.

Great to see this place open again! Took about a 2 – 3 month hiatus of renovation and change of ownership and I can gladly say the place has never looked better. Came in here opening day, and of course the manager was a little flustered(which is to be expected). So much brand new beautiful equipement, well stocked customer reach-in fridge, a new paint job, and the owner is wonderful. The previous owner didn’t seem to care about much, as the place was always running out of supplies. I don’t see that being a problem here. Of course a lot of the new people are still learning the pacing, so I’m not knocking anything off for that. The prices are a little bit up there, but that’s expected from a smoothie shop of this caliber, especially with the reno. Delicious stuff! Can’t wait to come in more! So happy to see this place back open and ready to roll!

Just learned that the current management has been forced out by the landlord and another franchisee is taking advantage of it. Not good in this world that lacks compassion. Wish the current management will continue. They put their heart and sweat into growing the business for a good ten years. And just like that, the landlord takes it away from them. And not only that, the landlord wants them leave their eqpt in place for 0 compensation for the benefit of the landlord and the conniving franchisee.

I went into robeks today and was HIGHLY disappointed at the amount of time I waited to get a fresh squeezed beverage. 25 minutes went by until I lost my patience and asked about my beverage. 5 other individuals that walked in AFTER me received their beverages BEFORE me. Another lady waited just as long and ended up asking for a refund and stormed out saying how ridiculous the wait time was while there were TWO people working in the back. Maybe you guys need to hire a manager that stays on site and can train the employees how to use the computer software and provide better customer service. I won’t be coming anymore. Nektar and Jamba Juice have my business now.

I’m not big on smoothies, and I find them to be pretty pricey but every once in a while, I’ll treat myself. I have only been to Robek’s a handful of times but each time resulted in a delicious smoothie and a happy me. The location is small and a little hidden on a corner of Rancho Bernardo but clean and it smelled amazing. The parking lot is… peculiar, for a lack of words. I can imagine during peak hours, this small lot is filled considering it is next to three different restaurants and a nail salon but in the morning, nice and clear. This time, I tried the Mahalo Mango, which for a small is $ 5. Yes, definitely pricey but it tasted amazing. The single employee there was quick and kind, and even left me a little note on my cup. Those small gestures in the busiest moments are the small things I truly appreciate in a business. I know their boosts are $ 0.25 each, where competitors will give you the first one free but I didn’t mind much since I opt out usually. Considering my *cough«diet», I’m definitely going to try more flavors to sate my sugar cravings. Healthy-ish, right?

I’ve been coming here for a while for my morning smoothie fix and I’ve always had great service and the people who work here are always friendly and welcoming, but today Taylor made my day. Even with the simple sentiment of writing«have a great day :)» on my lid and her big smile. Little things like that are what makes me come back here all the time. Keep it up Taylor and the rest of the Robeks crew at the Rancho Bernardo location!

Wanted some bagels, but the bagel shop a few doors down was closed… so I ended up here. Was gonna get a smoothie, but for me, an açai bowl always wins over a smoothie. Got the Açai Especial Bowl(3 stars) w/shredded coconut and asked them to leave the sliced bananas off… and it turned out pretty good. Service was pretty cool too, but a few things could be improved: 1. Set up a few tables outside 2. Check out new brands of shredded coconut… theirs was pretty tasteless 3. Try not to be so stingy w/the granola 4. Get better granola… preferably one that doesn’t have rice crispies in it

Allison and her coworker here were such a delight! I recently had my wisdom teeth out and have specific dietary needs and these two were so accommodating, understanding, and professional! :) will definitely be back and recommend this location to others. Thank you robeks staff!

Too pricey, but well, it was my ‘lunch’ today. I am not a smoothie person, I find them to be too fattening even if the idea is to get slimmer by drinking them instead of eating a meal. Somehow, today was a mix of too hot, too many fires, a coupon in hand and my friend and colleague Natalya asking for smoothies. So I got my 2×1 coupon and I tried Robeks Juice for the first time. Located next to the very nicely renovated Rubios in a very small(very narrow and not much parking) strip mall in Rancho Bernardo Road, I actually thought it was an extension of it, as it continues with the green and yellow happy summery colors. Even with the coupon I find these kind of drinks expensive, and even if I choose the medium size is still gigantic for me. Next time will opt for the small. Flavor was ok but not wonderful, and at least it was not as sugary as Jamba Juice.

I like Robek’s as they seem to have a greater genuine interest for your health than say Jamba or Smoothie King. Most smoothie places hide behind a wall of sugar that is downright criminal, considering people drink these especially to be healthier. The nutritional info and ingredients/sugar content are easy to find. Robek’s has a wide variety and doesn’t try to sell u on anything u don’t need. The blenders aren’t loud either. This particular establishment in RB has the most downright polite, and courteous servers on the planet.
