Robolink is a global company that teaches robotics to students in grades 4 – 12. Our team of instructors all come from a diverse technology background, ranging from computer science to mechanical and electrical engineering. History

Established in 2006.

Robolink was established to develop and provide robotic kits and instruction to K-​12 students. For six years, Robolink primarily taught students in Asia. In 2012, Robolink opened two learning centers in California. Most recently, Robolink instructors have begun teaching robotics in after school programs at elementary and middle schools around San Diego County.

My 11 year old son attended the after school program… it was a waste of time… they teaches them how to assembly Robot that is not well build… I got him mind storm Lego that is way better…:(

This company teaches and instructs students on the fundamentals of robotics and programming. The curriculum teaches both hardware and software techniques which provides great foundation for students.
The instruction is very hands on and there is a very good student to instructor ratio.

I was one of the first instructors at Robolink in its early days, though I’ve since moved on, so naturally I’m not an impartial reviewer.
That said, I think it’s great how much the program has grown. As someone that comes from a technical background, I think it’s great what Robolink is doing for kids, getting them interested in engineering and science basics. The sciences and engineering can often be dry and uninteresting or uncool in traditional classroom settings, so it’s great to see students get excited about getting hands on experience. Also, giving kids exposure to programming at an early age in invaluable, because knowing the basics of programming becomes surprisingly useful in so many careers.
I cay say from personal experience, while half the work was on me to keep the students interested, the other half was made easy by the fun and engaging content and curriculum.

Mr Hong and Mr Sanders know their robots, programming them and shares their love of robotics & programming with the kids. Their quality instruction, talking kids through the different types of motors and sensors and how they work keeps the kids interested and motivated. My son wants to keep going and doing more and more. They provide kits from which different robots can be built. The programming is optional at first but kids can get into this and turn it into complex projects. My son also builds other types of robots of his own imagination outside of class. Highly recommended for interested kids.

Unique hands on learning you wont find anywhere else!
Both of my little cousins attended the Robolink classes and they absolutely LOVED IT. I can see why, honestly, I wanted to attend myself after seeing all the cool things they build there.
Reasons to love:
–AWESOME unique robots and gadgets the students build themselves with guidance that is not TOO easy but that isn’t TOO HARD. It is a awesome experience that ignited my little cousins urges for creativity.
–What kid wouldn’t want to build a crazy cool robot? Come’on.
–Awesome staff that helps out the kids that have the knowledge and know-​how.
Reasons to Hate:
–duh, none.
All I had were leggos growing up as a kid, I wish I had Robolink growing up… I would of beggggged my parents to take me.
