Walked in to buy a Christmas present for my girlfriend and asked about the return policy, and the person helping me told me there would be no issue returning it. She ended up wanting something different so when I went to return it they told me the best they could do is a store credit. So now I’m stuck with something that will sit in the closet for a lifetime. Last time I ever walk into that store.

My family bought multiple family rings from this jeweler. We were very happy with the quality and have had them for years. I went back to get my ring re-sized, a 1.5 hour drive and all the work was not performed. They wanted me to talk to the manager since I didn’t want to drive back from HB yet again when it was their error. The said the manager was on the phone, waited for about 10 minutes. The manager finally came out and started talking to someone he knew that had come in after me. It was a quick question I had, another 10 minutes passed. After 25 minutes my husband and I finally walked out. Maybe it’s because we’re younger, but the lack of respect for a customer was insane. Taking my business and money to another jeweler. Don’t expect to be taken seriously, I felt ripped of since not all the work was done as requested.

Went to this location for a gift for my wife, after seeing a lot of different items, me and my daughter picked out pandora bracelet and additional charms. Associates helped us out greatly in making the charm bracelet that my wife loves, thank you royal Maui, btw bought my watch at their other location and got great service their too.

They offer a free jewelry cleaning service if you buy jewelry from them. My BF bought a Rolex a year or 2 ago and decided to drop by to have it cleaned. The place didn’t seem busy when we visited so we asked the«lady» Sales Representative to have the watch cleaned. She right away said that she was busy and if we want, we can leave the watch with her. Uuummmm It’s a $ 6,000 watch so no, we’d rather be present when the watch gets cleaned. She asked us to come back later in the afternoon to get it cleaned. We just felt like she just didn’t want to help us in getting the watch cleaned. I say that because like I said earlier… it wasn’t busy at all. If they offer a free jewelry cleaning service as a selling technique, I hope they get better sales representatives who is not just concerned about selling but also taking care of customers who made purchases.

I just bought a 2,400 $ diamond and they won’t set it for me without charging me! The customer service is horrible! The only two great people there is Ernie and Brenda they will go out of their way to help you with everything but when they aren’t there don’t count on the female salesmen their, they will treat you like your going to steal something!
