My husband and I just bought our first home and needed some rugs. I checked out Lowes, Home Depot, and a few other well know places for some area rugs. I found nothing of quality until I went into Rug Expo. These guys know how to do customer service and definitely know their rugs. We told them what size and color we were looking for and off we went. Not knowing what I wanted they looked through everything possible, and even unfolded the rugs that were not hanging. I almost felt guilty asking them to open more rugs but they truly have a passion for rugs and it showed. They brought them down into a new light, advised me to view from different angles as the handmade rug changed between light and dark depending on where you were standing. I could not be more pleased and would 100% refer them to anyone looking for rugs. These rugs are an investment and are not inexpensive but you will own these rugs the rest of your lives. Thank you for taking such good care of me! I WILL be back for more rugs in the future!

Cecilia worked with us and patiently showed up endless number of small rugs to choose for our front foyer.
They restitched the binding around the edges, and was available for pick up in a few days.

My husband and I have been trying to find the perfect rug for our living room and dining room. We’ve been going to multiple furniture stores to get an idea of what we wanted but we were never able to come to an agreement of what we both wanted.
I found Rug Expo on Unilocal and decided to give this place a try. We were immediately greeted by Cecelia when we walked in. I showed her the painting that we have in the living room to match the rug with and we fell in love with the first rug she showed us. She then showed us another rug that went with the first rug and we really liked the 2nd one too. She showed us more rugs but we really liked the first and the second rug.
I can’t vouch about their price since we did pay a lot for our rugs but I can say that they have awesome selection of rugs and a very knowledgeable staff to assist you in your shopping. We were both just amazed how quickly we found the rugs we really liked.

Ben did it again, after helping us pick out rugs for our formal living and dining we needed one in our entry way. He searched his inventory and came up with some great suggestion. We narrowed it down to three and with his help and suggestions we picked out a fantastic rug that complements our other rugs and gives our entry a great look. We cannot say enough about Ben and Rug Expo’s customer service, recommendations and guidance. Truly appreciate all of the direction.

Before I went to Rug Expo, I’d only ordered rugs online. Never again! Ben showed me beautiful rugs and explained the difference in quality and workmanship– they have rugs that are 100% handmade– from the twisting of the wool to the knotting of the thread. They have a huge inventory ranging from price conscious to high end. He was very patient and laid out different rugs that I’d chosen on the floor to compare. Once I’d chosen a handful I loved, he arranged to come to my home that afternoon to see how the rugs looked in the room. He and his crew were very efficient and gentle in clearing the room and laying out the rugs. We loved the rugs so much and we bought two! I really appreciate Ben’s low pressure sales technique, and he gave great advice when I was having trouble deciding. This is the only place I will go when I need another rug.

After weeks of looking all over town, I finally found the perfect area rug for our living room. Rug Expo had a great selection (both in the store and online) and I chose a lovely hand-​knotted wool rug with a subtle brown and tan design that I hadn’t seen anywhere else. The staff at the store (from the woman at the front desk to the young man who cut the rug pad) were all very friendly and helpful. I want to give a particular shout out to Ben Khani who helped me select the rug. He listened very carefully to what I was looking for and didn’t waste my time on things that didn’t fit. He provided a lot of good information without any pressure to make a quick decision or spend more. He also encouraged me to take the rug home for a few days to see how it would work with our furniture. My sense was that he really cared about my happiness with the rug rather than about making the sale. Well it worked — I am very happy with the rug and the whole experience of buying it at Rug Expo.

He came to my home, helped me choose three amazing rugs for my living room and bedrooms, and advised me to clean the dining room rug that I have had for years. When he returned it a few days later, it looked like new. Bijan is a knowledgeable professional, courteous and patient. On 7996 Miramar Rd, his showroom is beautiful, and many of the rugs he carries can be used for wall hangings as well as floor coverings. I must say I am very impressed with Rug Expo. Last Saturday my fiancé and I went in and they really impressed us at the quality of their carpets, selection, and their prices are very reasonable. Ben took the time to educate us on the finer details of hand made rugs and helped us select the perfect rug for our master bedroom without the pressure we experienced at other stores in the area. He has a great eye for color and is very honest and helpful with his opinion. TOTAL RIP-​OFF —- Customer Beware!!! Gave me the amazing super discount price of $ 1,000 for a manufactured dinning room rug. Looked up the same exact rug online for $ 647 with free delivery. Plenty of selection… but do your homework prior to buying anything from these folks. Sad to think how many customers have no idea they’ve been ripped off.
