Sweetheart table, chairs, linens, chandelier etc. everything was in perfect condition.
Their delivery and pick-​up was on-​time. Jen was very professional throughout the entire wedding planning process.

Jenn at Rustic Events has been incredibly helpful and supportive as we started our planning and research for an outdoor wedding in San Diego. I was compelled to write a review because I’ve been blown away by the service and professionalism of Rustic Events — right at the beginning of the process, which is important. Jenn was quick to respond, and provided all the details (and more) of what I asked for, and also made suggestions and really showed that she had my event and considerations in mind. I just got married on March 18^th and we used Rustic Events! I Love Love Love all of their products. We rented tables chairs and décor form them. I can’t say it enough good things about them everything was so fantastic. Their products were stunning and really looked beautiful in my venue with my theme (Rustic Chic). Not only is the fact that their products are so beautiful a great selling point but Jenn the owner was really sold the deal for me. I really felt like she wanted to help me and cared about what I was doing. This was not the cookie cuter pick out some stuff for your wedding experience where all they really care about is charging you an arm and a leg. Jenn allowed me to bounce color concepts and ideas for décor off her and she gave me some awesome suggestions. Rustic events just felt very different than other companies I had met with and I really liked that about them. The day of the wedding they were there on time setting up making everything look amazing. Jenn was even wiping the tables down after set up. This company cares about their clients and for that I am grateful. I had a fantastic experience with them and would absolutely refer them time and time again. Cant wait to have another event cause I am for sure using Rustic Events again! Love them!

I reached out to Jen for my Dad’s surprise birthday party. We did a big backyard BBQ. I also have rented from Rustic Events for my sisters baby shower. I love them!

My whole wedding vision was wrapped around the concept of having rustic farm style tables, that’s the one and only thing I had to start with and what I wanted the wedding the be based around. Enter: Rustic Events! From the first moment I called Jenn was amazing to work with, she had great advice and her sisters hand made signs are the perfect details to add to your day. Jenn was always available, flexible and all around just amazing and fun to work with. She and her husband set everything up beautifully, and oh my gosh her excitement for the day made me even more excited. The tables were perfect, the benches were gorgeous and the chairs were perfect too. I honestly can’t say enough good things about working with them. I worked with Rustic Events while I coordinated for a wedding at Calamigos Ranch. Jennifer was go great checking in prior to make sure she had all information needed to set-​up beautifully for Andrew & Kathryn’s wedding. She arrived prior to all the other vendors including myself and when I checked to make sure everything was delivered it was all perfectly set up with their amazing items to decorate the reception area. We didn’t initially budget for table/​chair rentals for our outdoor winery wedding but as I looked at more and more pictures of Rustic Urban Events, I couldn’t imagine not having their beautiful farm tables to complete the rustic look of the wedding we envisioned. So first of all, their product is amazing if you have a similar vision but secondly and more importantly, I cannot say enough about Jenn. Her customer service is BEYOND exceptional and that was before we were forced into a weather induced Plan B situation. It only got better after that. She and her husband worked with us the day leading up to our wedding to figure out a plan of action at the venue for all possible solutions for a rained out reception. Thankfully, the weather cooperated well enough and we had the most beautiful setting for our reception. Jenn is extremely responsive when communicating with you, unbelievably reasonable when faced with unexpected challenges and so friendly I felt like we’ve known each other for years. Renting from Rustic Urban Events was a last minute decision for us and I am soooooo happy we did. The entire experience was phenomenal.

Where do I begin?! Jenn was a delight to work with and was so accommodating about any changes to my order. The tables and benches are absolutely stunning and complimented our décor and venue exquisitely. We also rented two barrels and dark wood tabletop that worked so well for the bartenders, not to mention, looked spectacular. I worked with a lot of vendors for this party and Jenn was a star. She even gave me recommendations for other vendors, because I mentioned I was still looking. Just an overall WIN, I highly recommend them for any event. I cannot gush enough! Cheers.

We used this company for a family thanksgiving last year. We rented three farmhouse tables and benches in the mahogany. It was the most beautiful set up. The tables are perfectly rustic and very large and functional. The entire process was a breeze. Jenn and her husband were flexible with delivery, very reasonable on price and easy to work with. These are one of a kind tables and a great family owned business. We are currently reserving more for this year. I’d highly recommend this company!

This company provides unbelievable service to its clients every throughout every step of the planning process, on into the event and after. We were very impressed with Owner/​Manager, Jenn. She knew her business! She was able to make accurate and concise calls with regard to all of the seating arrangement options for our outdoor reception. She was always available to answer questions and address any concerns, (not that we really had any), typically within the day.
We received multiple compliments from our guests with regard to the tables, on both their look and feel. l recommended this company many times that night, and will continue to do so.

We had a wedding at a winery in Temecula and had Rustic Urban Events provide the tables and chairs, instead of going with plastic with a fabric cover. It made a huge difference! Jenn and her husband are unbelievable. First off, their tables are gorgeous. We did als o have the opportunity to rent brand new chairs from them for our sweetheart table, and they were also GORGEOUS.

Jenn and Rustic Urban Events was absolutely amazing!!! they made my dream wedding come together. From the signs to the wine barrels to the beautiful tables, it was all so beautiful and perfect. We used Rustic Urban for our wedding in San Diego last weekend. The tables were amazing and really were the unique touch we needed to achieve the vision that we (the wife) wanted for our wedding. Definitely 5 stars for quality of product.
As for planning, they were also extremely flexible about what layout we wanted, when to set up and tear down, and really helped make the process as simple as possible for us. also 5 stars for service.

Rustic Urban events has beautiful tables, benches, chairs and high top tables in gorgeous dark wood. They set them up and break them down and what really blew me away was their unbeatable customer service. As our guest count rose we realized we would need more tables after booking, Jenn and her husband actually built extra tables to ensure we had enough. I would give them my business again and again.

Jenn and Chris are such a pleasure to work with. I reached out to them regarding a photoshoot and they were more than happy to help us out. I was so wishy-​washy about what we needed in the end. They are so accommodating and made sure that we got what we wanted. They brought more than what we needed just in case! Their handcrafted farm tables and benches are simply amazing. My husband & I used Rustic Urban Events for a 4^th of July party that we had at our house. All I can say is Jen and Chris are AMAZING. Hi im a wedding videographer for Lux Media and part of my job is to take a video of the details of the weddings such as utensils, tables and other decors. and one of my wedding in levyland estates they used rustic urban events for their rentals. everything is beautiful and different from your normal rentals and trust me it really makes a big difference on video and pictures. their tables is SOLID WOOD Built and really doesn’t look like your normal cheap rental tables, Really a quality service they provide too!

There are no words to describe the experience we had with Rustic Urban Events (owners Jen and Chris) for our September wedding! And this says a lot since many knew me as extremely picky and hard-​to-​please when it came to my wedding. There are three main reasons I recommend Rustic Urban Events (RUE) to anyone who values quality, fantastic customer service and originality. 1. The beauty and quality of the tables we rented from RUE were top notch. Not only are they something that people still talk about, they are handcrafted by Jen’s husband, Chris. They are beautifully done, clean, rustic and gorgeous! 2. Jen provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. She promptly returns calls, emails, texts, and openly and honestly answers questions and goes out of her way to be involved in making your day special. She was flexible with timing, offered to do a site visit and took away all the stress I had about where to place the tables, etc. She sets a new standard for customer service. 3. Lastly and most importantly, Jen and Chris truly care about making your special day special and beautiful. As I said, these tables are handcrafted by Chris himself. The amount of energy, care, and passion that go into these tables is mind blowing. They have character and add some more heart to your special day. And as for Jen, she truly cares about your day (wedding or otherwise). She listens to what you want and won’t settle for anything less. She was truly a blessing before, during and after my wedding day. She even tried to find random things (like Whiskey barrels) for my wedding that I couldn’t find anywhere… she now has them in stock!
