Sally Beauty Supply

I love coming here! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I never have to ask for help and/​or an opinion, they are always around the store and available to assist.
They make excellent product recommendations and give use the products in the store themselves. I joined the Sally Beauty Cub a few years ago (I’m always looking for a bargain) & take advantage of discounts in the store and coupons sent in the mail or via email.
Pricing varies depending on what you are looking for, I’ve gotten some great deals.

When I first entered the store a perky young women said Hello and good morning.
How refreshing it was to get that greeting. After only a couple or seconds she
approached me to ask if I needed any help. She then proceeded to show me to the items I was shopping for. She took the time to point out all available products and to answer any questions.
I was left to my self to decided on the products, no pressure sales.
After I made my selection I continued to walk through the store because this was my first visit here and I wanted to get a feel of the store and all the products they
carry.
The young women who’s name is Lupita (hope I spelled this correctly) ask if I was
finding everything okay. I responsed yes and informed her that I was just checking in on Unilocal.She responsed «oh know, now I am getting nervous». I assured her that she had nothing to worry about and we both giggled.
I asked if it would be okay for me to take some pictures of her shop and she replied «of course». She then commented that she always reads Unilocal reviews to stay in touch with how people feel about the shop.
My total experience was very pleasant and welcoming. The store is small but it seemed to have a full selection of beauty products. All your hair care products shampoos, conditioners, treatments, coloring and hair appliances etc. Nail care products, make up and more.
The prices were reasonable, the store was clean inside and out, the shelves were neat and well stocked.
While I was in the store another customer entered and she was also given the same great customer service. Well done Lupita!

I absolutely love this store! This is the only store that has all the hair and nail products I use. The employees are very helpful!

This is the most cozy store. Lupita is a sweetheart and knows her products well. Come in and check it out

The employee’s at this store lack customer service. Not only do they act really snobby, as if they were pro hairstylist but they make you feel rushed to get the hell out. You would think they would hire people with better attitudes, not ones who look like they hate their job.
