San Diego Cranio Sacral Therapy

I’ve been coming to see Jessica for about a year now. She does a great job of clearing my energy and helping me balance using cranial sacral and reiki techniques. I actually like it much better than some of the bigger salons I’ve gone to in the past. The room is on the smaller side and sometimes you can hear a little street noise but it never interferes with what I’m working on and the room feels more cozy and well-​protected than «small» being a drawback. Jessica is more gentle than any other healer I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve been to a few. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I would recommend Jessica to any one open to energy work. She is a sensitive and effective, modest and confident, very gifted healer. Several weeks after a fall wherein I hit my head hard, my blood pressure escalated; she identified a slightly displaced thoracic vertebrae and a missing sense of safety. Incredibly helpful!

I had a lovely craniosacral & massage session with Jessica today! It was for 90 minutes and it was amazing, I am still floating on a cloud, I will be «back» soon!!!

WOO HOO! it’s as good as it gets :) i’ve had jessica as my therapist for some time now and i just don’t feel right when someone else’s hands are on me. i love her techniques and her massaging styles. i have def found that the location is close to home and has a parking lot. I hate having to find parking.

Jessica is one of the best massage therapists in San Diego!!! If you havent scheduled a massage with her yet… it is a MUST! She has absolutely wonderful hands, a heart of gold & really listens to you & your body. I am super active & massage is an intrical part of my healthy lifestyle! I noticed that I was feeling chronically sore after working out and even taking days off so I didn’t overdue it. But it was just persistant… I always had a residue of soreness. So I decided to go on a quest in search for a masseuse.
Apparently, it’s ridiculously impossible to find a masseuse on the weekend. A friend suggested I go to Tijuana since San Diego had bombed out on availability.
So, after all the rounds and coming up empty handed, I was terribly discouraged. But then I got a call.
It was Jessica, and she offered a last minute appointment and of course I took it.
I was very happy…
The thought of lying on some rusted, medical table, in some dark and smelly back alley room in TJ was slowly disappearing from my mind.
I was a little nervous going in, since I was still suffering from PTSD the last time someone massaged me. It was this chinese lady in the mission valley mall…
The Pitch: «Ten minute for ten dolla’».
After the demolition to my back was over and I was ten dollars poorer,… I came out with a pinched sciatic nerve and blurry vision in my left eye that lasted for 3 hours. Scary stuff…*seriously*. So when Jessica was asking about the pressure I was most appreciative.
At the end of it, I left feeling satisfied. «That wasn’t so bad» I thought. We even started the appointment a little late, but she still gave me the hour.
The Result: My persistant soreness was gone! Seriously. G-​O-​N-​E! She obviously was a major leaguer in the massage arena because at about the 9 hour mark (post massage). That’s when I started feeling her «work». You know that really good sore after a really nice massage.
It came on slow and strong…
It’s a lot like that really good drink that you never really taste the booze. Your lack of «tasting» keep you drinking, only to realize your fatal error much later when it hits you like a greyhound bus.
Jessica’s massage is a lot like that… you just never see it coming.
This girl’s got game! Definately worth my time and money!

A friend referred me to Indigo Intentions after she had helped her tremendously with neck and shoulder pain. I went in stiff from pain after long hours on the computer. I left feeling completely relaxed and my pain had resided. I highly recommend Indigo Intentions for massage therapy. Jessica was very thorough and gave excellent care to my concerns.

does a great job at alleviating areas of pain I have gotten many massages but she was the only one I have had who really knows how to work on your trouble areas and not just brush by them. I highly recommend her if you have some serious muscle issues.

Jess is a fantastic and caring masseuse. She genuinely listens to concerns and is great at identifying the issues that cause pain, rather than just treating the symptoms of the pain. I highly recommend her to anyone!
