We have some of the best employees! They are great building and very knowledgeable in the products. We take the time to explain everything to you. If your a beginner we will take as much time as needed to make sure you are comfortable with what you are getting.

History

Established in 2013.

Being located in a military town, we cater to military. It was important for us to make sure our service members have a place they can freely walk into and be comfortable. We support our locals as well. We all love our town!

We saw a need for people locally wanting to switch over from smoking. I am one of the owners and take great pride in my business. Most of our customers are locals or military and dont want to leave IB. I am a local and love my town.

I just spent 45 minutes waiting for a rebuild that should only take 10 minutes. I was the only Customer until another Customer walked in and the guy working on my mod immediately attended to him for 20 minutes. Meanwhile 2 children sat on the couch in the vape filled shop. This is unsat. On top of that he charged me 5 bucks for the mod. Terrible Customer service. Good of you have all day to sit around waiting. Last time I’ll shop there.

I am at this shop every day and the customer service is incredible, they explain everything to the max, if your mod has any flaws theu fix it and make it like new, all of the employees are so full of life and energetic. Never once have i had any problems with customer service or have any questions they couldnt answer. Overall best shop ever!!!

Won’t ever be back. After explaining to the guy what I have, I go home with the wrong part. When I go back I was told the only one they have is such low resistance I would never use it. I was not offered a refund, so from here on out Inner Visions gers my buisness.

I have great experiences here! Love there liquid and the people are so nice. Had some problems with my mod and they did everything they could to fix it! They are a GREAT place! After a year of searching I have found my smoke shop! Very happy.

So far I am pretty happy with this shop. They have a large selection of mods/​atomizers and liquids that you can’t find at other shops. The environment is pretty relaxed and the employees always seem willing to explain things and let you try new flavors.
The dog hanging out in the shop is pretty cool too!
