I am very upset with SDG&E’s lack of communication. The «online chat» services are never in operations, I have sent multiple emails with inquiries, yet have never received a reply or even a confirmation email from the company of having received my emails, and the phone operations services, though had polite employees, were inconsistent with how they answered my inquiries and in the end, was not able to resolve my issue.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT enroll in level pay! What they fail to mention is that if you transfer service, have it shut off, move, you will be billed for every penny that you saved in one giant lump sum bill.

This electric company continues to ripoff South Orange County… They charge more to «deliver» the electricity than the actual cost of providing the electricity… NO COMPETITION…
Also, they pass costs and expenses to consumers to protect shareholders… going solar…

NO COMPETITION, time to sue. After a termite tent I went to have my gas turned back on. They wanted me to keep a key under my mat (so my house can be robbed) and gave every excuse not to call me or give me a time to come. After I raised hell and missed 2 ½ days of work someone shows up at 8pm. He is obviously mad as hell and finds a reason not to light the pilot on any of my 3 appliances. 2 of the appliances had loose aluminum tape. So retaliation is the name of their game. And rude as hell, because no competition. If you want through on automation faster just press 1 and say it’s an emergency.

SDGE is the worst! Their online service website does not work! Kept telling me they do not provide service to the new place I’m moving into in San Diego when in fact there already is service there under current policy! Then don’t even get me started on getting through on the phone without constantly getting placed forever on hold with stupid annoying messages that wait times exceed 5 minutes due to high call volume. Like wtf?! More like impossible.
