I used SD Jumpmasters for a school event. Everything was great. From set up to clean up, there were no problems at all. They have a great selection of inflatables. Everything is so clean. A very easy company to work with. I would highly recommend. Thank you for helping make our event great!!!

Robert and San Diego Jumpmasters were fantastic! Our first time hosting a party at home with a bounce house and Robert certainly made it easy. From online ordering, follow-​up, confirmation, and punctual delivery, set-​up and take down, it could not have been easier. I added some furniture rental after my initial order and having everything at one time made our hectic day filled with 4 year olds so much easier. I would highly recommend Robert and SD Jumpmasters!

I didn’t rent from them but the attention and friendliness I got on the phone when I called them was amazing. I already have an inflatable and was just looking for weights or sandbags but all places I called asking about it pretty much hung up on me since they weren’t gonna get the big business they were expecting. Although Jumpmasters didn’t have what I was looking for, the guy even helped me find a solution for my problem. He suggested weights and even how I could make sure the inflatable wouldn’t move. I mean, he wasn’t getting anything with that, but took his time to help me out. Love that. And will definitely hire them whenever I need.

San Diego Jumpmasters deserve Five Stars for a lot of reasons. I rented chairs and tables for my baby shower, jumpers for my nephew and niece’s birthday and I’ve recommended them to friends and families because of the excellent service they provide. The staff are very friendly and professionals. They’ve provided great customer service. Their equipments/​supplies are clean and presentable and with all that they provide great pricing! I highly recommend this place!

This was my second time using San Diego Jumpmasters and they are very punctual and professional. The kids had a great time. I would highly recommend!!!

I did not rent from this company but that does not mean that they do not deserve a 5 star review.
I called this company inquiring about renting less than 20 chairs and no jumper. Due to the nature of their business the person who answered very kindly explained I could probably get a better deal from another rental company. The nice man gave me the name and phone number of another company. I really appreciated the assistance that he gave me even though I was not a paying customer.
If I ever have an event that I will need to order a jumper I will for sure be calling this company.

Fantastic service. We booked last minute and was able to reserve a Cars theme astro jump. They have a perfect 5 star rating for valid reasons. Professional, friendly, on time, clean, and good price. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend to our friends.

I’m very impressed. I hired them for a bounce house, tables and chairs for my kids’ birthday party and they have great prices and products. It was nice because I could get everything in one place. We opted for the Frozen themed front and Brandon was the driver. He showed up and was very friendly and efficient at getting everything setup. When the bounce house went up my daughter freaked out about the Frozen. They have the cutest kids picnic tables too — perfect for the little ones. I highly recommend these guys!

We rented the Mickey Mouse jumper for our daughter’s 1^st birthday. Robert and his team personally dropped off the jumper at the scheduled time and was there to pick it up at the scheduled time.
The jumper was in perfect condition and very clean. They have established rules to ensure and maintain cleanliness. Before they deflated the jumper, I witnessed them cleaning it thoroughly.
We reserved them via their website and was contacted immediately. They have an easy to understand contract.
If you are looking for a jumper, I highly recommend this company.

Ordered Mickey Mouse jumper for son first birthday. Best customer service. They were able to work with me and the party schedule. Very kind, very fast, and prices are actually cheaper than most jumper sites I’ve researched.

Recently ordered and used their bouncy house and was completely happy from the moment we called to place our order. We were unsure of the size needed for the bouncy house so they came out to our home and measured (at no charge), to make sure we were happy. My kids loved the bouncy and it was a really easy company to work with. We’ll be using them again for bouncy houses :)

Recently used them for my son’s 1^st birthday party. SD Jumpmasters prices were very comparable to other companies that I researched. I chose the package deal with a jumper, sno cone maker, tables and chairs. i upgraded the jumper to the 4 in 1 jumper with slide and also got 2 kids tables instead of two adult tables with chairs. Two weeks prior to my even i called to add a couple more tables to my order and also change the start and pickup time. They were very accommodating to my requests. Great customer service!
Reservations were very easy to do online. The week of the party they email you to confirm the details and review the invoice. The day before the party, they call you to again confirm the details. I like how they do that… saves me the stress of wondering if they will actually show up.
The BEST part and why I gave them 5 stars and have recommended them to my friends is they actually clean the jumper BEFORE they deflate it and roll it up. I’ve never seen any other company do that. All the other companies I’ve seen, just show up, deflate it and rolls up the jumper. Makes me wonder if they actually clean it. right?!
They were on time at both set up and pick up. When the owner came to pick it up, he cleaned the inside and outside with disinfectant and mops prior to deflating it.

Fantastic customer service! We rented the 4 in 1 jumper for a birthday party and the 20ish kids all had a blast! Clean and super adorable Hello Kitty Jumper. Will recommend any time we need children party entertainment.

Excellent communication throughout and fair, honest pricing. Super professional too. They were on time to deliver the tables, chairs and bouncehouse and even helped to split things up (as we needed them in different parts of the house).
We also rented the mini picnic tables for the kids.
TIP: If you get a bounce house it’s great to have one for the kids to take their shoes on and off. AND THEY’RE SOO CUTE!

at a moments notice and a last minute decision i called SD Jumpmasters and Robert was kind enough to answer on the first ring. Knowing that it was a last minute decision, Robert was kind enough to schedule me in and deliver and CLEAN, sanitized, newer jumper with a basketball hoop inside. After reviewing his website he had a great selection for those who want a themed party. Well, we didn’t have a themed party but my son loves the Avengers and the kids were happy and excited to start jumping. Without any hesitation, Robert quickly set up and pointed out the safety issues (if any) ~just in case.
Many of the kids and some adults had a GREAT time wearing ourselves out.
When the party was over Robert cleaned, vacuumed, and sanitized inside. Knowing that makes me feel better that we don’t get or spread any germs to others.
I would recommend Robert for a job well done, great selection, professional, courteous, and VERY affordable! He also has Chairs & tables!!! Party planning can’t get any easier!!! Don’t skimp out on quality, Call SD Jumpmasters for your next party!!!

Another 5 star review! Rented the smallest bounce house for my son’s second birthday party and it was so roomy inside! Tons of fun for the kids and adults, including yours truly.
The best thing about working with Robert is that everything was confirmed and set within 3 emails. Easy peasy.
Price is very reasonable. Bounce House was clean and sturdy.

I rented Jumpmasters on Saturday for my son’s 1^st birthday party. We had originally planned for event to be held at Poway Lake, but due to the rain we had to relocate the party to my home. With only an hour notice, I contacted them and they were able to deliver the Bounce House to my house.
On delivery, Robert was friendly, courteous and very informative. I have never rented a Bounce House before and he was thorough on explaining how to use/​care for the Bounce House. I had requested the Animal Birthday Party house, and he delivered! It was clean, sturdy and so much fun!
The kids (and some adults!) had so much fun jumping around in it — there’s even a basketball hoop inside the jumper that was so much fun!
Our party ended at 7:00p, and Robert didn’t pick up the Bounce House until 8:30p which was an added bonus for the kids who were sleeping over. The children were so sad to see it go.
Jumpmasters doesn’t charge a cleaning fee either. (I returned the bounce house in clean condition) but Robert took the time to vacuum and sanitize the Bounce House before packing it up. It’s very nice to know that he takes the extra time to clean and sanitize it for the next customer.
I am very pleased with the level of care and professionalism that Jumpmasters delivered. I know I will be using them for future parties and will also recommend them to my friends for their parties.

We rented the Cars Premium jumper last weekend for our son’s first birthday party. It was a hit! They delievered the jumper on time and set it up quickly. The jumper looked new and was very very very clean (i’ve seen dirty old jumpers before… not fun). The kids had a great time, but I think the adults had even more fun in that thing!
I know we’ll be using them again in the future — Thank you for making our party so much fun!

We had our son’s 1^st birthday party at our house, but space is limited in the backyard where we wanted to have the jumper. Robert offered to come over to check out the space because of my concerns with size. He went out of his way to come over on his own time to scope the size! You cannot beat such great customer service!
Because i wanted the bigger themed jumper, he agreed to bring it (estimating it would be a tight fit), but was thoughtful to bring the smaller backup castle jumper just in case, on the day of.
They are truly the BEST! he was right, by the way, and we ended up with the CASTLE 13×13 jumper and it was plenty big! They even have a BASKETBALL HOOP in there for added fun.
He seemed to have other variety, like OBSTACLE COURSES, SLIDES, etc… that unfortunately we couldn’t fit, but if we do a party at a park and go bigger, we will definitely be using them again.
They were on time before the party and after to pick up. THANKS ROBERT & SAN DIEGO JUMPMASTERS! You have a new, loyal customer and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
