Stephen T.

Manager

Stephen Tyszkiewicz is a dynamic and creative leader, Stephen personifies the entrepreneurial spirit that is a hallmark of Seaside Design Build LLC.

Through his participation in every role within the company — from plan clerk, to estimator, to superintendent, to project manager, to operations vice president and onward — Stephen has developed proven expertise constructing high visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. Over his construction career, he has successfully managed over 100 million dollars in renovations and is a «hands on» principal who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project.

Stephen is a graduate of the Turner School of Construction Management.
