History

Established in 2010.

I started fixing people’s computers for fun after college, as well as built them for myself and others as a hobby. Since moving to University City, CA with my wife in early 2010, I started Shlomo Computer with the bold gesture of making business cards and a website. Dozen’s of satisfied customers later, I relocated to Escondido in order to lessen my wife’s work commute. I am very happy to be working, growing, and serving Escondido’s residents and businesses.

Meet the Business Owner

Shlomo S.

Business Owner

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always split my passion between music and computers, starting on each at 6 in Cleveland, OH. I entered both Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music to study computer science and piano, each on scholarships, but I ultimately dropped the B.A. to focus on music. After spending my 20s on the road, including a three-year stint in a religious boarding school, I found myself building and fixing computers as a serious hobby in New York City, before getting married in 2009, moving to San Diego, and starting Shlomo Computer.

I also teach piano lessons as well as give the occasional classical piano recital. But this is my main job, as well as the only one I think I’ve never tired of, once.
