Robert Silverman is a second generation jeweler with over 45 years of experience. After moving to San Diego he expanded his business to include six busy stores. In 1992 Robert created Silverman Fine Jewelry, catering directly with his clients. Conveniently located in the Union Bank Building on La Jolla Village Dr., Robert eliminated the enormous expenses of mall jewelry stores. That way his customers have a distinct price advantage while receiving outstanding personal service in a comfortable, pressure free, environment. Robert is an outstanding listener, keeping his customer’s ideas and needs a priority. Consultations are gladly given at no charge.

Robert is the owner of Silverman Fine Jewelry, located in the Union Bank Building on La Jolla Village Dr. After attending Ohio University, Robert served in the US Army. After his discharge he was mentored in the jewelry business by his father while studying with Gemological Institute of America. Robert also has credits from University of Maryland and University of Cincinnati. Robert then accepted a position supervising three Osterman Jewelery stores in Flint, MI. Soon he went into business for himself, growing it into the largest free-​standing jewelry store in Mid-​Michigan. In 1983 Robert moved his family to San Diego, starting Diamond Designs, a busy six store jewelry business. In 1992 Robert established Silverman Fine Jewelry, in the Union Bank Bldg. He gives his clients top-​notch personal service & outstanding products at a favorable price. He also purchases estate jewelry, diamonds and watches.
