I have really mix feeling about this place. My experience wasn’t great nor was it horrible. My six year old shoes didn’t for her anymore. She really wanted sketchers shoes so we came here. Im rather confused to why they call it an outlet when everything is full price. I wish these places would just call it buy one pair get one half off. We did get two pairs of shoes of $ 85.00. Where most likely be back in six months because this is my six year old favorite shoe store.

Prices were great on most items. Some seemed to be full retail so be careful to double check. Also, like another reviewer said, the sizing is inconsistent even with the same style. I got two pairs of shoes that fit well, but are a full size apart. I love the Go Walk shoes so will definitely be back for more.

Nick, the young man who assisted me, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I was not ignored even though I have white hair now — frequently we seniors are evidently invisable. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the help in directing me to the areas I wanted to peruse, and then was left alone to just try shoes on and find the one most comfortable. He offered to order any size if my size wasn’t available, have them delivered to my door, free shipping. And if they didn’t fit just right, I could take them back! What more could anyone want? I got a great pair of shoes on sale and can buy another for ½ off. Thank you. I will be back.

Employees were friendly and helpful; prices were great. I’m a fan of Skechers, so maybe I am biased. The clearance prices are always tempting. Make sure you try them on, sometimes Skechers has multiple manufacturers so the sizes can vary slightly.

I don’t know why the bad reviews. These two employees went the extra mile for me so I could find my sandal wedge(sea jewel). Tori finally found it in Kansas! It should be shipped to me soon! They were knowledgeable, courteous and obviously cared about ME as the customer getting what I wanted. I’ve been wearing these sandals for years and was super bummed out that it wasn’t in the store so they helped me get it at another store. Unfortunately, it looks like they stopped making these sandals so IDK if I’ll be able to ever purchase these again. :(

I found some shoes at a great price in the clearance section. No, the employees never asked if I needed help. They chatted loudly with each other. But I didn’t really care; if I needed help I would have asked. I was happy with the sale and would return if I was looking for some Skechers.

Would rather not shop for shoes where greasy popcorn is free… really? Greasy fingers handling new shoes… think about it. I(over)paid for a pair of shoes that had to be shipped from another store since my size was not in stock at this one. When I got them a couple of days later they had obviously been worn/returned. Dirty bottoms and dirty inside. Not so much that I bothered to return them, didn’t want to go through the process I guess. I washed them and got over the fact of dirty feet being there before me. Just won’t be going back ever again. Clerks could care less it would seem anyway.

I don’t understand the negative reviews of this store. Maybe they went on opening day. We found the store to be clean, well stocked; the salespeople were friendly — we were greeted when we entered, asked if we needed help. There was music, but it was not loud and was not all«current» music; there were some classics too — like from the 70s. This is an outlet store, which is self-service. I didn’t experience anything negative.

I hate to add to the bad reviews but I have been to this store twice and will never go back. The checkout is the worst part of the store. The other worker’s are oblivious and do not come to help when the checkout is busy.
