If there was an option to select no stars. I would. Just experienced the worst service ever. The man was very rude amd maddogged me the entire time. Apparently i HAVE to carry my ID in order to not get harassed. Never coming here again. Please dont give this shitty store any of your money. Cheap products and expensive pricing totally not worh your hard earned cash. I am very offened by the way i was treated.

Really crappy customer service from the younger middle eastern guy. I went in over 20 times and each time he was the the the prices changed. Sometimes they honor military discount and sometimes they dont. The young white guy should be management in here he knows his stuff and is super friendly. I will not return to either location if the younger male continues to pocket the difference in price

I went to smoke zone for the first time today and had an awesome experience! The guys that work there are super friendly and will help you find whatever it is that you’re looking for! I will definitely be back again!

I have been to quite a few different shops in San Diego kind of find the right piece of glass. It took me a long time but I finally found here. Not only do I have a fantastic selection at last, but the owner/​manager is very friendly and willing to work a deal. Out of all the shops I go to a San Diego, this is the one I would recommend if you’re looking for high-​quality, reasonably priced glass with a huge Collection and fantastic customer service

My boyfriend and I go to this place on a regular day to day basis… EVERY DAMN DAY! We spend a lot of money at this facility on Vapes, Vape Fluids, and Cigarettes. The prices are always reasonable and we love the company from the people who work there.
After tonights events at the smoke zone… i dont even know what to think honestly. We were sold a bad smoker device in which we wanted to exchange… how hard is that? We are regular customers, they all know us, and we constantly spend. Long story short… after some serious words, a lot of yelling, and a homeless person trying to steal money from us out front… Henry (i think his name is) the Israeli guy (sounds bad and im sorry) saved our money and gave us a new smoker… even after the 20 minutes of the bad situation inside. In the end everything was held honest and Henry saved us from being ripped off by a horrible horrible homeless man. EVERYBODY WON! except for the homeless man… but hey, thats what happens when you lie, cheat, and steal, YOU LOSE!
Sorry BEN you missed out on the excitement! We still love you!

I would like to start by saying I used to love this place. I spent around $ 500 on glass pieces and other goodies there. My last visit however may have ruined it.
I went in to check prices on the pax vape. I was told they were generally $ 300, they go for $ 250. After talking the price came down to what I feel was a fair deal. I said I was going to think about it, being that I didn’t come in to buy and wasn’t ready to spend over $ 200 on a piece just yet. I was told by the salesman that the prices would be going up the following week and that he knew this because of an email from pax to their distributors. Assuming I wasn’t being lied to, I bought the vape.
Upon my visit today, while browsing pipes I heard the same salesman suggesting to a customer that she should check out the pax and that they were $ 250. I confronted the salesman afterwards and was told, I don’t know what happened. Sorry, but I’m not buying it this time.
I’m not a great haggler and I can deal with not getting the best deal ever, however I can’t tolerate being lied to just to close a deal. I’m impulsive enough that you can sell me without dishonesty.
I’m definitely bummed about this, because I really did love this shop, but I cannot support bad business ethics.

Legit spot if on a budget. Idk why everyone is hating on this spot. Granted they don’t carry high end pipes, but there is 1000 places in the ob PB area to get those. They do have a wide selection of products that are priced very well. You can even haggle with these guys. I’ve always left there with what I wanted for a lot cheaper then I would pay at visions.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Smoke Zone. Henry was very friendly and eager to help. He gave my boyfriend a very detailed walk through of all of the e-​cigarettes they carried. We bought the Blu e-​cigarette and a hookah, and because it was our first time there he discounted both. He also threw in several freebies: a lighter, charcoal, a hookah carrying case, and my favorite lollipops! The selection of tobacco pipes and water pipes was extensive and extremely affordable. We will definitely be returning!

Yes, there is a Smoke Zone over in PB and now there is one in the Midway district also. Just opened recently and there are lots of good deals going on. I popped in to take a look and there is a big selection of cigars, if that is your thing. Lots of inexpensively-​priced cigarettes – both individual packs and cartons. I guess the homeless who bum change along the streets here will stop going to Walgreen’s and maybe come to the Smoke Zone for their cheap smokes. One can only hope. There is a large selection of glass pipes. Right now some are buy one, get one free. For those who chew their tobacco, there are cans and hookah fans who spend $ 40 or more on a hookah, get a free tub of tobacco or charcoal. Conveniently located next to the Moneytree and in the same little strip mall as Cricket and Subway. I guess I am a fan.
