I had a great experience with the staff at Subway today. Specifically Zach was very patient with my 4 year old and 3 year old friends daughter who accompanied me. He was very patient as they made choices and changed their mind a few times. I apologized and thanked him for his patience. As we sat and enjoyed our meal i observed Zach consistently showing his superb customer service with each customer that walked through the door. I frequent Subway often. And this Subway was definitely the best experience I have ever had! We need more Zach’s in the world! Thank you!

Usually is just fine but the older lady who acts like she might be a manager has a bad attitude and very rude not just to customers but it also seems like she is rude talking to other employees. every time I’m there it makes me wonder what a miserable day she might be having to be so out of it. unfortunately she works in the mornings and its a shame I had to start my day in that order. not going back as this isn’t the first time.

Hands down, these are the best sandwiches in town. Every time I buy a sandwich from here, it’s like having a foodgasm in my mouth. Nomnomnom. They have a fine selection of deli meats, and I can attest to my knowledge as a foodie, that everything is fresh, non gmo, and probably gluten free. Nomnomnom. One of my favorite things about this place is the variety of artisan breads; so fresh, they must have been baked that morning. One could easily come here for the bread alone. Nomnomnom. As a world class foodie and athlete, it’s easy to find something that fits into you macro nutrition. My first choice will be the oven roasted chicken, but when I’m feeling indulgent, I go with the chicken, bacon, and ranch melt. Packed with protein, carbs, and a huge portion of greens, it’s almost the perfect sandwich. Oh, and just by looking at the chicken, it must be from the free range variety. Another one of my favorites is the tuna. The flavors are fishy, but not too fishy. It’s really got an ocean flavor to it. Seriously, they must have fisherman catching the tuna, and preparing it for you that day. It’s unbelievable. I could go on, and on about the sandwiches, but I’ll stop here. Everything here is yummy, and healthy, so any choice is obviously a good choice. Oh, and get the baked chips, they’re better for your waistline. Go here for the sandwiches, but leave here a healthier, and better person.

By far the best Subway in town. The people are friendly and helpful. This is my subway, you should make it yours. Oh, if you get your sandwich heated and you are eating it there, they charge a city tax for heated food service, so make sure you always say it’s to go and then change your mind and eat it there.(wink)

If I could give a Negative start I would… worst manager ever… the employee’s we great but when it came to charging me he swiped my card and the screen went blank so a lady employee told him ring it up again. so he did and swiped my card and it went thru… when I got to my car i wanted to make sure it only went thru once so I checked my account on line thru my phone and it showed it charged me twice. so I went into the store and explained to the employees and the lady took my phone to the back room to show the manager. manager comes out and tells to that it does not show on there end it charged me twice. i tell her there is my bank account«you charged me twice» well maybe you can call you bank and see if we charged you twice than come back… I told her«OK, you want me to leave, call my bank to see if you charged me twice and than come back» I am showing you you charged me twice! she said look i am going to give you your money back cause i dont want to sit here and argue with you. she gives me the money back for one of the charges and says«here its on me.» i could not believe here response. I walked out and will never return to this subway ever!

This is a great Subway to go to. The workers are all professional, friendly people and their customer service is great. I’ve been coming here for about two years now and I really can’t recommend this place enough.

This is the very best Subway out there! I have been to quite a few of them-even in Canada, but this one has the best employees and manager. As soon as you walk in the door, you get a friendly greeting. They take your order quick and get it done fast! That’s the way I like it-quick and easy! The Midway location does get busy around lunch because of the big Kaiser building and the Adult Education Center right around the corner. I try not to go there then, if I can help it. I really like the breakfast sandwiches-especially the flat bread. You can get a decent breakfast for around $ 2.50(sandwich & coffee) and it fills you up too! Not every Subway shop is equal to the others. Some are just better and the dining experience is much more enjoyable then. Next time ya’ll are in the Midway hood, stop by this Subway for some fresh eats!

I went here today because some coworkers wanted sandwiches. I tend to be pretty easy going when it comes to lunch options so I agree to go with them. This particular location was not busy when we first walked in but before I knew it, there were 10 + people behind my coworkers and I. The employees were scrambling to get sandwiches made. They were all over the prep area, getting in each others way, fighting for ingredients, grabbing squeeze bottles. It was almost comical to watch but they were just trying to be fast and did look a little sloppy and rushed though. One of them even apologized and proceeded to tell me that they were shorthanded and that certain items would not be available. Haha I didnt even ask for an explanation but thank for for telling me. I really did not mind waiting. I asked for banana peppers and jalapenos on the side and I asked again when I was being rung up. The girl that made our sandwiches assured me that she put them on the side. Well… it wasnt in there when we got back to the office. Bummer.
