History
Established in 2009.
Snake Oil Cocktail Co was founded in 2009 to provide unique craft cocktails and culinary mixology for selective bars, restaurants, weddings and special events. Snake Oil designed the cocktail programs for Yankee Stadium, Whisknladle, Searsucker, Burlap, Gingham, Gabardine, Herringbone, Campine Catering with Chef Andrew Spurgin, Gajin Restaurants and we designed cocktails for Top Chef’s Brian Malarkey.
Snake Oil Mixologists have designed unique event beverage experience for special event clients including: The Sundance Film Festival, Fox Studios, Spin Magazine, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, The Concours d’Elegance, The San Diego Museum of Art, The San Diego Symphony, and Tiffany’s.

In 2009, Michael Esposito joined forces with two mixologist partners to form the boutique cocktail design and consulting firm, Snake Oil Cocktail Co. (www.snakeoilcocktail.com). Since then, Snake Oil has provided distinctive signature cocktails and beverage experiences to selective event clients including: Rolls Royce; Aston Martin; The Sundance Film Festival; Ferrari; Fox Studios; Spin Magazine; The San Diego Symphony; and Tiffany’s. In addition to special event mixology, Snake Oil was responsible for building the cocktail programs for Yankee Stadium, Searsucker, Burlap, Gingham, Gabardine, Herringbone, Campine Catering, and Gaijin restaurant and forged a unique partnership with Top Chef’s Brian Malarkey. To date, Snake Oil has designed signature cocktail experiences for over 200 special events and continues to fulfill the company’s mission to «elevate the craft of cocktails nationwide.» In addition to his work with Snake Oil, Micheal is involved with the production of TEDx San Diego
