Terrible customer service! I came here around 8am on 1÷20÷16. Female or male barista with short hair yelled In a very condescending and sarcastic way: «yes, ma’am! We got your order right!» When I calmly asked her if my iced coffee was unsweetened. I don’t care how busy you are, treat your customers with respect!!! The worst is the fact that they have two baristas up front: one to take your order and input it into the point of sale system, then you go the one standing right next to him who takes your money and you have to repeat your order to him. The man who took my money was very sweet; the one who I gave my order to first seemed pretty clueless, perhaps he was training which is understandable but having to repeat a customized order right after you just did is a nuisance and total inconvenience to the customer. Lastly, they overcharged me. I got an extra large iced coffee half diluted with water; every Starbucks charges me for a smaller size due to it being diluted, this one didn’t. I was not going to be late for work over $ 2.00 so I let it go. Never coming to this one again. Once was enough to lose my business. Sucks because it is walking distance from my work so I would have become a regular here, for sure.

Mobile ordering is the way to go and it’s always ready when I walk in. Sure beats the crazy drive thru line(which generally moves quick, for the record).

My go-to Starbucks every morning, mainly because they have a drive through and when it’s freezing here in the wee hours of the morning(by California girl standards), I absolutely refuse to get out of my warm car. The line for the drive through is usually extremely long, especially between 8 am-9am on the weekdays, but that’s what happens when you get too lazy. I’m not complaining though because the lines in and outside do go fairly quickly and the staff is always really nice. You know you’ve got it bad when not only the staff knows your order by heart, but they also know your backup order for when you’re having a bad day :-).

They know what I want! Venti green tea latte w soy and lite ice. The best. I come here so often that the workers know my order. Each place makes their green tea lattes slightly different and I know the difference. This place makes it really good. Definitely in my top 2 of fave Starbucks. This one and Costa Verde’s.

Do not do a Mobile Order from this Starbucks! I have a love hate relationship with this Starbucks. I love that its open 24 hours! The workers are really nice and friendly. And for the most part the get the drinks right. I hate that they are so overworked that they forget your orders. The line is always super long, so you would think they would have a better method of getting drinks out quicker during those times. Knowing this I decided to do an mobile order and drive down to this Starbucks, giving them plenty of time to make my order. Go inside, and Its not ready. The girls seems so lost she sends us to wait in the line to talk to the cashier. After waiting, he sees the order and tells her it there. Overall, I would have been better off just going and waiting in the drive though. Whats the point!

They usually they get my order right, but I was a little disappointed when they forgot the whip cream on both of my Mochas:(Starbucks is expensive so I expected more attention to detail. However I get that people make mistakes. Always busy but it’s a drive thru so it’s expected. Overall, it’s a pretty good location if you miss the crowds.

This is the first time I’ve been to this Starbucks and I am so glad that there is one that is open later than 10 or 11PM. My friend and I always hang or study in our local coffee places at night because of the 24⁄7 opening hours. But because we were in the mood to go to our usual place late at night, we searched for a Starbucks that closes late at night and we are so happy to find one. The place is clean and a bit bigger than the one by where I live. Yhe staffs are friendly as well. I really wish that their lobby(or whatever you called it) is also open for 24 hours. If that so, I will probably one of the happiest person in the planet.

This Starbucks is always crazy busy! I get it! It’s by the freeway, it’s 24 hours, and it has a drive-thru. But the parking lot is so crazy that it’s hard to get in and out of. Just how it’s set up its inconvienent. But what can I say! Starbucks is the crack house! We all need it! We all crave for it!

What I love about this Starbucks is the service from the guy who looks like Rufio from Hook. Although, this is a busy Starbucks, I tend to forget it’s always busy because of his hospitality and attitude no matter how late it is. If it’s 9pm or midnight. I usually get a chai latte or a doppio over the rocks– no complaints how the drink is made– it’s usually done right. I need a pick me up when I need to study so as long I have some caffeine circulating, I’m good to go. Keep up the great work!

My friends and I order from this location all the time. With our big orders it is impressive that they are so fast. Drinks are always excellent. Using the order App is really helpful…

Great location, right off the freeway. Drive thru is 24 hours which is a big plus being that I work super early.

Been coming to this Starbucks since I moved to this area 5years ago they always tend to get my order right and the fact that it’s a 24 hour drive thru for those occasional moments you feel a craving for something sweet or caffeinated this is my place to go ^^

Worst Starbucks ever! Rude staff, long waits, they seem to be understaffed. The lazy people that use the drive thru block ALLLL of the parking spaces. Nightmare. Boycott of this starts now!

All my combined visits equal ~4 stars. I popped by the drive-thru today and I was pleased to see the line move quickly, reflecting the hard working employees inside. I pulled up to the squawk box and the usual squelchy voice was crystal clear. They have a new box to order at!(Does anyone know what I’m taking about?!). Lol the woman who took my order was so sweet and patient. I will definitely return. *side note*: Use caution when exiting this strip mall on to the main road, it’s a right turn only and the officers are hiding in the shadows with a cite book. Careful! Drive safe!

I waited in the drive-thru line for a very long time and finally got to the speaker. It was late at night and I really needed capsules for my Verissimo machine. When I tried to order them at the speaker the barista was extremely rude to me saying we do have them but we do not sell them at the drive-thru window! He refused to answer any of my questions and I was stuck at line for even more time. How hard would it have been to reach over and grab a box of capsules ring them up and hand them to me? Probably less time to make me a cappuccino! This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’ll never come back! Thank you.

Do you know??? Starbucks has an AWESOME rewards program — for every purchase no matter the cost, no matter how many times you go in a day, you get a STAR on your registered card or pay-by-phone free app from Starbucks. Sometimes I get 2 stars in a day! Then when you get 12 stars, you get a free ANYTHINGFOOD/DRINK!!! It’s awesome!!! You can get a free one of their bistro boxes, a sandwich, a fancy venti drink — anything!!! So sign up already, jeez. I also like this Starbucks location because they have a 24⁄7 drive-thru and the employees are always nice. So don’t forget about this place when you need a late night/early morning snack :)

Must be the place to go as the walk-in line was out the door and the drive-thru was around the building. Took 15 minutes from the back of the line to get my order placed but the staff was working as efficiently as they could. At least the baristas were friendlier the some of the customers who were disgusted with the wait time and either left or shared their disappointment when the placed their order. Sad that some of our society has gotten to that point to «be obnoxious in public» There is not much more that could be done to speed things up here as the space is limited.

Only minor differences between different Starbucks locations from my experience. This is one of the good ones, friendly staff and strong espresso. Try ANY drink with coconut milk, you won’t be sorry!

Any Starbucks drive thru can be a blessing when you’re in a rush right. Sometimes it’s just easier to sit in your car, order your coffee from a standing intercom, and drive up to pay the nice barista. But forget ALLTHAT when the drive thru is seriously RIGHTBENEATH one of the loudest freeways ever to exists. I’ve just never had to scream my order into the intercom EVER in my experience with a SB drive thru. I had to scream it multiple times actually because the decibel level of the cars on freeway was deafening. I felt bad for the barista taking the order :(Poor guy. My iced coffee was fine and the execution of the order was quick and easy. So for that this place deserves easily 4 stars. It’s just the bloody freeway noise man that brings this particular SB location down so many stars.
