Run in the opposite direction of the leasing office! I am here quite often to visit family and friends who live here. let’s see. so in the past seven months I have personally witnessed these atrocities: complex’s sign ripped down letter by letter with a banner handmade above it. so it reads «Morning Wood,» alcohol bottles, cans, trash etc. Everywhere throughout the halls, broken exit signs, doorbells etc. throughout the property, chairs and trash that were thrown inside of the pool, the aftermath of college kids having a fire extinguisher fight in the hallways, the fire alarm going off all and i do mean all of the gd time. The people who live here are def youngsters in college, have absolutely no respect for anything… by the way. the crazy people who pay to park in the garage drift around the corners, screeching tires and all, I have almost been hit in and out of my car, someone even passed me in the parking garage a few days back, almost resulting in a head on collision! wow, wouldn’t that have been wonderful! So unless you are cool with parties 5 – 7 nights per week, living in a newly shat on apartment complex… I suggest you run in the opposite direction of this place and warn your friends. I hope the new management wakes the f up and maybe starts to take control of their complex before someone gets really hurt.

The rent is way too high for what you actually are getting. The shuttle schedule is never the same each week it feels like. When you have a maintenance request it takes a long time to get a response. Overall I do not think this place is worth it. Management is often times rude or just doesn’t have an answer. Definitely needs some improvements.
