This review is for my visit on 5÷9÷2016 at 6:15am. Customer service, absolutely horrid. There were only two people in front of me and it took over 20 minutes. While making the sandwiches to for the customers before me, the sandwich maker guy did not speak a single word. He waited for them to tell them what type of bread, meat, condiments etc and asked no questions. A guy in front of me ordered a veggie sandwich, «everything but jalapenos.» The male sandwich maker, without indicating any acknowledgement, gets to work on adding veggies and smacks a large handful of jalapenos onto his sandwich. When the man corrected him, he wiped them off into the trash hole and continued without making a new one. Jalapenos are extremely pungent and the flavor will linger even after they’re gone. Not to mention, what would happen if that man happened to have an allergy? After watching the destruction, it was finally my turn to order. Sandwich maker guy finally spoke to complain that his coworkers are 30+ minutes late and he was very tired. Do I care? Nope. I just want my sandwich. I had a very simple order. He did not ask if I want my sandwich toasted. When I asked for jalapenos he put a handful on one part of the sandwich and not evenly. Thank you for that disgusting bite. All other condiments were sloppy and cause my sandwich to fall apart. The mayo and mustard were on the edge instead of in the center causing them to fall out and onto the paper. My sandwich was not cut in half. I had to cut it myself and then rearrange every part to have an even sandwich. Is this nitpicky? Maybe. But seriously, if I’m paying you for a service, I expect you to do the bare minimum. Do I care if you’re tired? Nope. You chose this job and accepted the shift. Do I care that your coworkers are late? Nope. You’re about to make me late to my job with your bad attitude. Get it together.

This place was awful. The other day I stopped to get a sandwich with a friend, and there was this new employee there made a mistake on the amount of meat that he was going to put on the sandwich, as you know everything in subway is measured. So the supervisor comes out, mind you the sandwich is halfway made, so the supervisor comes out and grabs the sandwich takes everything off and starts the sandwich again. Then she said you have to do it right these are the rules. I explain to this woman last time I checked I was the customer, and she then started to argue with me. Just the fact that the lady was being a douche I stood my ground and I told her what she was doing was wrong she should just let us have the sandwich the way it is, she then became angry and very hostile, I tell you what if I was a wimp or a sucker she might’ve got me. But I’m not. This woman should not be in front of customers she is possibly one of the rudest person I have ever met, and as far as customer service she does not have any! For those of you who might go to this subway I serve you as a warning do not let this woman get away with bad customer service, stand your ground, and let’s teach her how to be A good customer service representative. Let’s just put it this way my meal was ruined due to the fact that this woman thinks it’s OK to bully people and be rude. Don’t lead room people get away with it call them out. After all the sandwiches not free I’m paying for it.

I don’t actually eat Subway sandwiches but the cookies are usually the best in San Diego. Today though the chocolate chip cookies were not as soft as usual(actually bordering on burnt) and there was a bit of coffee taste to it which isn’t normal. I’ll be back but today was not up to par.

As usual, I’m starving in the morning. I forgot to make breakfast at home because im sick and i can’t even think when I’m sick or even function but i needed to come into work. Anyways, I wa craving their broccoli soup and i wanted to write this review to thank the subway worker for making it for me this morning. I guess they don’t have it for breakfast so i thought it was nice for her to offer to make it. Now I’m no longer hungry and I’m happy with my soup. :) Oh and they have the best cookies ever!

The blonde girl attending looked like a nice person but once she started the sandwich process, she was rude, with no patience, and will be annoyed for us taking one second to figure out, what we wanted. And while deciding if we wanted a combo or not, she was already telling us how much was for the sandwich and holding her hand for the payment. So obviously we didn’t get anything else. And something that I can’t believe, the way she opens the avocados… She chops almost the top half and then divides it in two… And then realizes the avocado is hard and throws it away(this happened with 2 avocados) doesn’t she knows she can hold the avocado and feel its not ripe…, before even opening it and throwing it to the trash? Seriously who trained you??? Our receipt says her name is Ali, I don’t know if that’s her name but she has bad bad customer skills and is wasting 1⁄3 of avocado on each avocado… Why is she working there?

I stopped in to this subway with my sister and her two kids, they are three and 7months. The two girls working there were so rude as soon as we walked in, the gave us attitude when we told them what we wanted and when we ordered a tuna sandwich one of the girls looked at the other and said, «this Tuna looks disgusting…» Then after finishing our order I asked for a bag and the girl threw a bag at us and wouldn’t help put all our food into it, we both had our arms full with kids and drinks. I will not be going back to this subway ever again. It was a very bad experience.

I was on my way to take lunch to friends in Mira Mesa so I looked to see which Subway would be the closest. There was another one that was a bit closer but this one got such good reviews — plus I could avoid Mira Mesa Blvd., another plus. I placed the order online at — it was ready when I got there and everything was good. I’m not that high on sandwiches in general, but the online process was SO easy and intuitive, and being able to walk in to the pickup desk and get my order in 30 seconds was a huge plus. Definitely on my A-list!

I work across the street from this Subway and I come here often. The crew at this Subway are the best I’ve seen. Ali keeps the line going quick without losing the quality of service. When she’s not there it’s not the same. I came in 3 times this week and she wasn’t there and my sandwiches and service was not up to par. More crew members like Ali would be great!

This Subway used to be really good. I used to come here during lunch time and sometimes at night after the gym awhile back. It being 24 hours was convenient as well. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill within the past few months, both day and night shifts. I don’t come here often during lunch anymore. I see a lot of new faces now but at one point, there was a set team of employees that were fast and knew what they were doing! I believe it was Griselda, Steffany, and Jamie. I don’t see them three anymore except Jamie. Great employee. Steffany was fast. I don’t see Griselda anymore. Maybe this Subway is under new management or something but they really need to get it together because I miss eating quality sandwiches from Subway!

Just because a restaurant is part of a chain doesn’t mean they are all the same. At this Subway, the staff is always kind, fast, helpful and polite. It is obvious that management places great importance on training and customer service. Tonight Anthony assisted us and he did a great job with our meal. Thank you for making a quick, healthy dinner enjoyable for our family!

Good was great, customer service was awesome. The only thing I have to say that I was really disappointed about was that management would leave 16 year old working by herself.

Stopped in at 4:20 on a Saturday afternoon. No one in the store but us. The workers were nice and the food was fine but the restaurant was dirty. Trash and crumbs on the floor and the food area needs to be clean. Won’t come here again.

This is a typical 24 hour subway. The service is slow late night and the cleanliness of the the restaurant is okay. It seems pretty dirty every time I go in but I am always close by for work so I will stop by and grab a sub late night since it is better then typical drive thru fast food. Needs some deep cleaning and a facelift and I would bump it up a star!

Nothing special here. It’s a small subways to get subways when you want it. It’s surrounded by much better places to eat. Only reason I came here a few times was because I had coupons. The staff were okay. They were kind of slow. Not a big deal though since there’s not really a rush at this joint.

Honestly, 1 is for being open 24 hours(which is super convenient to where I work and the hours to grab my lunch and breakfast) 1 for just being a subway and having promos and deals always being acknowledge to me. However, the negative 4 stars goes to horrible service time to time. I ordered a 3 in egg and cheese flat bread breakfast sandwich which is the cheapest sandwich out of all of them Which was around $ 2.50. Once they gave me the recipe I notice I was charged $ 3.50 for the sub. I know it was only a dollar different but hello if I wanted to spend an extra dollar I would of had a different order. I argued with both the workers and demanded a correction. But they both told me that it does not matter and that my total would of still come out at $ 3.50. I even pointed them out on the menu it says egg and cheese for $ 2.50 and not $ 3.50. That $ 3.50 sandwich included extra meat like bacon or ham and I DIDNOTHAVETHATONMYSANDWHICH. The fact and absurdity that they tried to fabricate this whole explanation that I’m incorrect was wrong. Seriously, I wasn’t asking for a $ 1 back. I just wanted them to know their mistake and add that bacon I paid for in my sandwich, which of course they didnt.

They have gotten much better with service over the last few months. Please with the service unlike before. Some are better at making the sandwiches than others but it’s convenient and fast.

+1 star for the great promos they’ve been having +1 star for being 24 hours –1 star for the dude who kept asking what we wanted again even when we told him 1 min ago. Did you really just forget what sandwich I ordered?! –1 for putting waaaay too much condiments(i.e. mayo and mustard) making my sandwich soggy and all my fillings fall out of my sandwich. –1 star for another dude who I thought was a customer(since he was standing next to us about to place an order), but was [I think] an employee who all of a sudden was behind the counter making a sandwich for himself.(I couldn’t tell if he was an employee since he wasn’t in uniform.) It was kinda annoying since he was standing right next to me one min and then go behind the counter and started making a sandwich. I noticed that he was like that when other customers came in behind us. Meanwhile, he was talking to the person making our sandwiches distracting him. I think that’s why he kept asking about our sandwiches and forgetting what we ordered. It wasn’t busy at all, and all the tables were not clean. Pretty disappointing. Sorry Subway…

I frequent the Subway on Mira Mesa Blvd, but since this location was more convenient for me at the time, I decided to check this one out. I saw the line getting really long; five more customers, and it woulda been out the door! I was afraid getting my sandwich would take forever, but by the looks of it, the staff was prepared for the lunch rush! I got my sandwich within a few minutes! I was highly impressed with how quickly the staff that day worked. I would give it 5 stars, but I think I want to go a few more times and see how consistent this lightning service is.
