Established in 2014.

As a chef at a local Gluten Free, & Paleo diet establishment during 2012 – 2014, I came to realize that several customers would come to purchase GF products due to health conditions, &/​or simply trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I was quick to find out that most of the «healthy» habits and products consumed by these people trying to have a better diet, have issued restrictions that are not all to healthy.

It was because of this that I started to incorporate common sense, to the development of products & dishes, where all pastries, cakes, breads, & coming soon dishes, provided at SunDiego​Cafe​.com are developed with natural easy to understand known products, that incorporate a healthy, well balanced, nutritional value to your every day diet!

In my life time I have wore many «hats» I’ve been in several fields all including management, military, IT, legal, but from all I have never been more satisfied NOr enjoyed anything more than culinary arts! I have been a self made chef for many years. As a kid I was always involved in the kitchen coming up with dishes involving everything from poultry, beef, pork, fish, seafood, fruits and veggies, I often experimented with flavors and the nutritional value that foods can provide making sure that all dishes never lack taste, presentation, quantity & nutritional value. In other words food that is fun, delicious appetizing, but most of all healthy for you!
