Not recommended, stay clear of this business Not worth the headaches.

This company is for sure on the negative stars with me. I called and scheduled a time slot and took the day off to go because weekends were booked out so far and on the day of they called me and told me that there was a work comp incident and that they were sorry and would offer me and extra day for free. Yea, i never got it and til this day, the phone is always busy and no voicemail to leave a message. So, now my coupon expired and never got to take my kids.

ZERO STARS for customer service.
I purchased a Groupon (which I will NOT be using, I am requesting a refund.) and as it says on the Groupon to do, I called them to schedule. The phone system is terribly organized, and is a labyrinth of messages. I do not have time to listen to poorly recorded crap, so I pushed 0 a million times to talk to a human.
When the human appeared on the phone, he was an absolute dick. Sorry to be name-​calling, but its the only applicable word. He scolded me for not listening to their crappy messages. I told him I just wanted to talk to someone, which was an unacceptable answer for him. He told me «we don’t have openings.» So I asked about future times. He said «I told you, look online.» How about this? You do your effing job, and schedule me?
So, I hung up on him, contacted groupon, and I will be letting everyone I know that this company is run by assholes, and to go spend their $ 20 at the nice shop in coronado where people wont treat them like crap.
Screw you, SUP.

Great place to rent from! Went with four people and got two SUPs. They were very helpful putting them on the car and telling us where we could paddle. This place may not be on the water but it is super close to the bay. Had great service and will be coming back!

Bought a deal on groupon & it was more than worth it! Location close to the bay and beach with a very helpful staff! Paddle boards and paddles were awesome and easy to use. Highly recommend this place, we will be back!

Terrible customers service. Interesting how all the reviews say the same thing!

Horrible customer service experience. Unbelievably rude staff and unhelpful staff. We booked our 2 hour SUP rental and were supremely scolded by staff when returning 20 minutes late. However the staff took 20 minutes to load the boards and 10 minutes to drive to the location. The rental may as well have been for an hour. Not even worth the $ 35 to deal with such rude staff. Don’t waste your time or money.

If I could give this «business» 0 stars I would. I purchased a LivingSocial deal and booked 4 boards on a weekday morning. I was called morning of the reservation to be told that they had two of their 4 paddles stolen and that they would receive the new ones later that same afternoon. I reschedule for two days later and called to confirm day of only to find out they didn’t have the paddles in yet.
Not only this, the employee on the phone also attempted to «educate» me on the concept of shipping time as it was impossible to receive it same day. When I asked for a solution since it had been my second disappointing day he replied with «do you know anyone that has paddles?», «maybe you can find a place that rents paddles or bring your own». If I had paddles then I would not be going to your establishment.
What kind of business doesn’t have extra paddles and relies on their 4 paddle/​board rental on a strict 2 hour block. If you have a reservation at noon, they don’t have any boards to give you — you have to rely on the punctuality of the first group (10am-​12pm) to come back on time or else it pushes your whole day back. Do yourself a favor and visit any other place but here.

I called to ask about booking the $ 15 rental for fear of showing up and having them tell us they don’t have enough boards. The man was annoyed that I called and suggested I went online. I explained that it was not listed anywhere for me to book online because the ones on there were for other tours I didn’t want. Then he said that I did not know how to navigate and that I was on their scuba diving page. I am computer savvy and shocked that he would accuse me of not knowing how to use their website. Their website did not have much info on there other than the 2 hour tours that were $ 35-​$ 55 and did not have an e-​mail link. The gentleman over the phone was rude and condescending– he was not helpful at all and even hung up on me. I will not even try to call back to book and definitely will never go to this place with such horrible customer service.
